Guaranteed Hungry Pokemon

Pokemon Sleep - Hungry Dugtrio.png

The first week of the First Anniversary Fest is all about befriending Pokemon. During this week, one Pokemon is guaranteed to be hungry when you conduct your first sleep research of the day.

Hungry Pokemon receive 3x the value of the first Biscuit you feed them. One rare occasions, they can also just be automatically befriended.

Increased Main Skill Chance

Pokemon Sleep - Activating Main Skills

All Pokemon will have their main skill trigger rate increased by 1.5x during the first week of the First Anniversary Fest, so this is a good time to use Pokemon with strong skills such as Ingredient Magnet S, Cooking Power-Up S, Charge Strength M, and Energy for Everyone S, or Legendary Pokemon.

List of All Main Skills and Effects

1.5x Helper Pokemon Sleep EXP

Pokemon Sleep - Eevee Sleep Session

Pokemon in your active helper team will recieve 1.5x the Sleep EXP you'll earn during your sleep sessions. This can help your Pokemon level up faster.

2 Million Drowsy Power

Pokemon Candies are rewarded for each Sleep Style researched after a sleep session. During the First Anniversary Fest week 2, the amount of candy you'll receive from each Pokemon you research will be multiplied by 1.5x.

Increased Dish Strength From Cooking

Event Date Strength Bonus Extra Tasty Bonus

(last day)
x1.5 x4.5

All dishes made during this event week have a 1.5x Strength boost. Extra Tasty dishes, which are normally around double (2x) the expected dish Strength, instead have triple (3x) the original dish Strength during this event.

On Sunday, July 27, this Extra Tasty bonus goes up to 4.5x. Combined with the doubled pot capacity and increased Extra Tasty chance on Sundays, you can make an exceptionally strong dish that may allow you to jump through multiple Snorlax Ratings all at once.

It may be worth adding Dedenne or Cramorant to your team to make the most of this boosted Extra Tasty bonus with their Tasty Chance S main skill.

Mini Candy Boost Function

Pokemon Sleep - Candy Boost Wigglytuff

The Candy Boost function allows you to quickly increase your Pokemon's EXP through candies in exchange for consuming more Dream Shards.

The Mini Candy Boost, which is what will be available during the First Anniversary Fest, allows you to use less Dream Shards but limits the daily use of this function at 50 candies per day.

How to Use the Candy Boost Function

Festive Flowers

Festive Flowers Banner

Festive Flowers is a new event-limited feature that allows you to plant seeds, which will bloom after a sleep session. The flowers result in bonuses that will last for the rest of the week.

However, if you plant a White Seed, you can grow a Neutralizing Mint, a new item that negates the effects of a Pokemon's Nature.
