Incense give you beneficial passive effects whenever you are doing a sleep session in Pokemon Sleep. Read on for a list of all Incense in the game and how to get them!
Item | Description |
---|---|
Focus Incense | Doubles the research EXP gained after sleep research. Good for one sleep session, then consumed. |
Friend Incense | Ensures that at least one Pokemon will appear during snack time feeling particularly hungry. Good for one sleep session, then consumed. |
Growth Incense | Doubles the EXP that helpers gain after sleep research. Good for one sleep session, then consumed. |
Luck Incense | Doubles the Dream Shards received after sleep research. Good for one sleep session, then consumed. |
Recovery Incense | Doubles the Energy that helpers recover after sleep research. Good for one sleep session, then consumed. |

Bonsly Incense | An incense adored by Bonsly, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |

Eevee Incense | An incense adored by Eevee, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Entei Incense | An incense loved by Entei. During your next sleep research, one additional Entei will appear. |
Fuecoco Incense | An incense adored by Fuecoco, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Pichu Incense | An incense adored by Pichu, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Pikachu Incense | An incense adored by Pikachu, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Psyduck Incense | An incense adored by Psyduck, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Quaxly Incense | An incense adored by Quaxly, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Raikou Incense | An incense loved by Raikou. During your next sleep research, one additional Raikou will appear. |
Rattata Incense | An incense adored by Rattata, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Sprigatito Incense | An incense adored by Sprigatito, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Suicune Incense | An incense loved by Suicune. During your next sleep research, one additional Suicune will appear. |
Vulpix Incense | An incense adored by Vulpix, allowing it to spawn after your sleep session. It should be used before sleeping. |
Incense are sold in the General Store under the shop menu. These items cost Diamonds, which you can get by playing through the game or by purchasing them with real money.
Pokemon Incense is usually rewarded for reaching the highest Snorlax Rating goal listed in your weekly missions. These goals and Pokemon Incense rewards differ from person to person, and they're influenced by your personal progress and current research area.

Incense can give you passive effects whenever you go to sleep. Whatever effect you get depends on the Incense you activate.
Tap the tree stump near the Camp Set on the main screen of the game to activate up to two Incense before you start a session.
Do note that you can't use more than one of the same variety of Incense during the same sleep session.
