The best time to feed Snorlax in Pokemon Sleep is 4 AM onwards for breakfast, 12 PM for lunch, and 6 PM onwards for dinner.. Find out the best time in your day to give Snorlax some grub to increase its Strength and net you as much Pokemon as possible in this guide!
List of Contents
In Pokemon Sleep, players can feed Snorlax three times a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These times are 4 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM, respectively. Snorlax can be fed an entire Meal within these time periods.
With that said, it would be best to feed Snorlax anytime before each hour. Otherwise, the eating window will close and Snorlax will miss a Meal. This will result in its Strength not progressing, which in turn will not yield more Pokemon after your Sleep Sessions.
After the Version 1.5.0 update, Snorlax's breakfast time now starts at 4 AM and ends at 12 PM. While players can feed it anywhere between these hours, it would be best to feed Snorlax as soon as each eating window opens.
This should be the first thing you do after ending your Sleep Session and recruiting Pokemon, followed by the collection of Berries and Ingredients, checking your Missions Board, among many other tasks.
Lunchtime with Snorlax starts at 12 PM until 6 PM at night. Once again, anywhere between these hours will do, but it will be in your best interest to feed Snorlax as soon as possible.
Around this time, your helpers will be quite exhausted. This will be the perfect time to start your Second Sleep Session if you're running a morning schedule. Otherwise, lunch will probably be the last Meal Snorlax will eat before your Regular Sleep Session.
Dinnertime will probably be Snorlax's longest eating window of the day, as it will run from 6 PM until 4 AM in the morning.
If you're running a night schedule, it's highly likely that this will be your lunch time, which is perfect for your Second Sleep Session. Otherwise, if you have a morning schedule, dinner will probably be the last Meal Snorlax will eat before your Regular Sleep Session.
Unlike Sleep Sessions where you can adjust them according to your daily schedule, feeding times in Pokemon Sleep are definite. This means that it has less to do with adjustments and more with timing.
Regardless of your daily schedule, the feeding times will remain the same. In order for Snorlax to not miss a Meal, just be sure to feed it before each eating window closes.
Upon research, the Pokemon that will appear at the end of Sleep Sessions depend on Snorlax's Rating and Drowsy Power, determined by how well you maintain your Helper Pokemon, raising your Snorlax, and the length of your Sleep Session.
Needless to say, it is imperative that you feed Snorlax 3 times a day to atrract as much Pokemon as possible at the end of every Sleep Session!
