Pokemon Growth Week Vol. 2 will be held from August 5 to 12 in Pokemon Sleep! This event increases EXP gains and Candies earned from sleep sessions. Read on for more information about the bonuses, missions, and rewards for the second iteration of the Growth Week event.

The second Pokemon Growth Week will be held a month after the first one was introduced! This event is focused on helping your Pokemon grow by increasing the EXP they gain from sleeping and increasing candy yield from sleep research.
Pokemon Growth Week Vol. 2 runs from August 5, 4:00 AM local time until August 12, 3:59 AM local time.
All Pokemon in your active helper team will receive 1.5x EXP during sleep sessions for this event. This bonus can further be increased by having Pokemon with the Sleep EXP Bonus sub skill in your team, or by using a Growth Incense during your sleep session.
The base sleep EXP received by Pokemon is the same amount as your Sleep Score, with a maximum of 100 per day. This means that without any additional bonuses from skills, Natures, or Incense, your Pokemon can receive 150 EXP per day during this event.
Pokemon Candies are rewarded for each Sleep Style researched after a sleep session. During Pokemon Growth Week, the amount of candy you'll receive from each Pokemon you research will be multiplied by 1.5x.
This bonus will only apply to the first sleep research you conduct per day if you do two sleep sessions.
Although there are usually limited-time missions during week-long events, no special missions were available for the first Pokemon Growth Week. This is expected to be the case for the second Pokemon Growth Week event as well.

Three Pokemon Growth Bundles Vol. 2 are available at the General Store from August 4, 4:00 AM UTC until August 13, 3:49 AM UTC.
The Pokemon Growth Bundle contains items that can help you raise your helper Pokemon. The Growth Incense in particular is best used during the event to maximize the EXP your Pokemon can earn in a sleep session.

To further boost your Pokemon's EXP gains, you can use a Growth Incense to increase your Sleep EXP bonus to a 3x multiplier.
Having Pokemon with the Sleep EXP Bonus sub skill can further boost this multiplier.

Having only one long sleep session allows you to maximize your Sleep Score, allowing you to encounter rarer Sleep Styles. Higher star Sleep Styles from evolved Pokemon yield significantly more candies.
Since you can only get the 1.5x candy bonus for your first sleep session per day anyway, it's best to have this bonus active during sleep research with the most amount of rare Sleep Styles.
You can still do two sleep sessions if you really want to, but try to make sure your first sleep session is the longer one to make good use of the candy bonus.
