For each day that you follow the bedtime you set, you will earn a reward. Don't worry if you miss your bedtime for a day; it doesn't have to be consecutive. You can earn the next reward on the next day you follow your bedtime.
Bedtimes are considered followed if you start your sleep session 90 minutes before your set bedtime up to 30 minutes after. Changing your bedtime will reset your streak on the rewards card.
You can check how many stamps are on your current stamp card by tapping on Sleep on the lower right corner, then Bedtime. Once you complete a stamp card, you'll be issued a new one containing the same rewards.
Day | Reward |
---|---|
1 | Fancy Apple x5 |
2 | Ingredient Ticket S x1 |
3 | Diamonds x5 |
4 | Honey x10 |
5 | Recovery Incense x1 |
6 | Diamonds x20 |
7 | Dream Cluster S x1 |
From the Sleep Preparations screen when you're about to start a sleep session, tap on Bedtime below the Incense options. Tap on the current time you have set then adjust it to your new desired bedtime.
Take note that changing your target bedtime will reset your current rewards stamp card. Because of that, it's recommended to only change your bedtime after you get stamps for all 7 days.
As you grow older, your schedule goes through a myriad of changes. Therefore, establishing a definite time to go to sleep might get trickier and trickier as you go. Some may retain an ordinary daytime schedule while some may end up working late into the night.
In this case, it's important to know your daily schedule and adjust your bedtimes accordingly to maximize the tracking potential of Pokemon Sleep, netting you the most Pokemon in a single sleep session.
Pokemon Sleep's Sleep Tip #7 recommends going to bed at an hour when you can fall asleep easily rather than matching someone else's schedule.
You can set your bedtime in Pokemon Sleep by selecting the bedtime option when starting a sleep session. If you start your sleep session within 90 minutes before your bedtime up to 30 minutes after, it counts as following your bedtime.
If we don't get enough sleep, our body will instinctively try and cope with the hours of sleep you may have lost in the past few days. Knowing this fact may prove useful when adjusting your biological clock.
You may have been sleep deprived for a number of days in a row and finally have a chance to sleep through the night, you may find yourself waking up 12 hours later. If you use this fact to time your sleep right, you may be able to change your bedtime smoothly.
It is also important to note that days in Pokemon Sleep reset at 4 AM every day. Should you plan on aligning your bedtimes with your schedule, you must be sure to do so before 6 AM. Otherwise, you might miss a sleep session.
Adjusting your sleep sessions may be a little elusive for people who have night schedules. One good tip is switching them up as it will most likely work with your hours.
Your regular 8-hour sleep sessions must be done from the morning to the afternoon as you go to bed, then your 90-Minute sleep session by midnight during your active hours.
According to our research, the Pokemon that will appear at the end of sleep sessions do not depend on what time you sleep and wake up. Instead, they solely depend on Snorlax's Rating and Drowsy Power.
These 2 factors are determined by how well you maintain your Helper Pokemon and raise your your Snorlax throughout the day, and how long your sleep session is. Regular sleep sessions will yield more Pokemon than a 90-Minute sleep session.
Set your bed time for a time you will regularly be able to achieve in order to fill out your weekly stamps.
Many health experts say that going to sleep at least 3 hours after eating dinner is recommended, so as to give your food ample time to digest.
We recommend you set your bed time to 3 hours after you usually would eat dinner, and 8 hours before you would normally wake up. In order to ascertain these times easier, we recommend making a schedule chart like the one below.
This will allow some leftover time in-game for a second sleep session, as well as give you the best chance of achieving a regular, healthy sleep pattern!
