As of Pokemon Sleep Version 1.0.6, a glitch can be exploited every Sunday to heal all the Pokemon in your Box and regain their energy to make them happy. Learn how to heal all your Pokemon with this glitch and when this glitch may get patched out.

1. Make sure it's Sunday. 2. Go to your Helper Teams. Make sure you have five Pokemon in your current team. 3. Change each Pokemon in your current Helper Team. 4. Exit the Helper Team menu, and go back to the main screen with Snorlax. 5. Go back to your Helper Teams. 6. Change each Pokemon in your current Helper Team again. 7. Repeat this process until all Pokemon are healed. |
As instructed in this Reddit post, in order to heal your Pokemon, you'll have to swap them into your Helper Team one-by-one. It may take a while to heal all of your Pokemon if you've befriended a lot, but it takes less time than bringing each of them to multiple sleep sessions.
Do note that many people seem unable to execute this glitch. If you are unable to use this glitch but want your Pokemon to recover more energy, you'll have to stick to the conventional methods of sleeping or using an Energy Pillow.
How to Make Helper Pokemon Happy and Energized
You can still pull off this glitch as of Pokemon Sleep Version 1.0.6. However, be aware that is is one of the bugs that Pokemon Sleep intends to patch out soon, as mentioned in their Future Features and Adjustments announcement.
