High RP Pokemon tend to pick up more items at a faster rate. Read on for tips on how to increase your Pokemon Helper Team RP in Pokemon Sleep.
RP or Research Power determines how effective a Pokemon's help is when it comes to raising Snorlax. Pokemon with higher RP are able to pick up more Berries and ingredients at a faster rate.
Team RP is calculated by adding all of the RP of the Pokemon in your Helper Team. You can view Team RP in the Edit Teams page.
Some Pokemon have a naturally high RP when you befriend them. These Pokemon tend to pick up more items and may have a shorter Frequency of Help stat.
You can sort your Pokemon Box by RP by using the Sort function at the bottom right of your Box screen.
Pokemon with the Lonely, Adamant, Naughty, and Brave Natures also have a tendency to have higher RP.
This is because having a Nature that boosts speed of help allows the Pokemon to get items at a faster rate than what is stated in their Frequency of Help stat.

You may notice that higher level Pokemon have a tendency to have higher RP.
Every time your Pokemon increases its level, its Frequency of Help gets shorter. The difference may only be seconds, but it really adds up the more your Pokemon gains levels.
At lower levels, you can expect a 1~3% RP increase each time your Pokemon levels up.
Once your Pokemon reaches level 30, it unlocks the ability to pick up an additional ingredient. This happens again at level 60.
Being able to gather more ingredients is useful in raising Snorlax and contributes to your Pokemon's RP.
A Helper Team with a high RP will be able to raise Snorlax's Strength faster. This allows you to increase your Snorlax Rating and unlock more Pokemon species for your current research site.
It also allows you to potentially get higher Drowsy Power, which will allow you to see more Pokemon and their Sleep Styles after a Sleep Session.
Snorlax Strength and Ratings Guide
If you go to sleep with a Helper Team at a high enough RP level, you can earn a Team RP Achievement.
The level 1 Achievement can be earned by using a Team with an RP of 1,900 or greater. This Achievement goes all the way up to level 10, where you will need a Team RP of at least 63,000.
This Achievement and its corresponding reward will be earned after doing Sleep Research after a Sleep Session.
