Game Contents Update

Version 1.0.11 Update - Game Contents
・ Changes to main skill Cooking Power-Up S so that it will not be activated when the pot's capacity has exceeded 200 through main skill boosts
・ Changes to the Your Sleep Session pop-up that appears after sleep tracking, so that it shows how much Energy the Pokémon in your Pokémon Box recovered
・ Changes to Snorlax’s animations so that Snorlax eats Berries faster after the user presses the Sleep button
・ Changes to Snorlax’s animations so that if the user presses the Sleep button while Snorlax is still eating, the animation can be skipped even if it includes Snorlax’s rating going up
・ Changes to the Sleep Consistency screen so that failed sleep tracking (tracking that stopped before the user pressed End Sleep Session) appears translucent
・ Changes to the order of profile icons to Pokédex entry order.

This update introduces several important adjustments to make gameplay faster, more understandable, and to prevent errors.

Fix for Error 028002

The Cooking Power-Up S change in this update is made to prevent Error 028002 that occrs whenever a player uses more than 399 ingredients when cooking.

Capping the skill bonus to 200 ensures that even if you cook on a Sunday for the End-of-Week Bonus and have a fully upgraded cooking pot, you will not trigger the error.

Energy Gains in Pokemon Box

Pokemon Sleep - Pokemon Box Sorted by Energy.png

Version 1.0.9 allowed Pokemon in the Box to earn a small amount of Energy (5% of your Sleep Score) from sleep sessions. The amount of Energy gained can be affected by their Nature.

While they probably will not show the amount of Energy gained for individual Pokemon, it is useful to learn how much the 5% is without needing to compute for it manually.

Area Dex Numbers No Longer Used

Pokemon Sleep - Area Dex
Starting with this update, it appears that Pokemon Sleep will no longer use the Sleep-exclusive Area Dex numbers for both the order of Pokemon profile icons and when viewing the Area Dex of research areas.

Instead, Pokemon Sleep is using National Pokedex numbers to organize the Pokemon on the app.

Shuppet and Banette Now in the Game!

No. Pokemon Sleep Type Specialty

354 Pokemon Sleep - Ghost Pokemon Sleep - Dozing Berries

Because of this update, we can now easily confirm that Shuppet and Banette are in Pokemon Sleep! Their Pokedex numbers have appeared in the Area Dex of both Greengrass Isle and Taupe Hollow.

It is highly likely that these Pokemon are the other two Pokemon with increased encounter rates during the Halloween event starting this October 30.

Bug Fixes

For All Devices

Version 1.0.11 Update - Bug Fixes
・ Fixes to a bug that caused the game to become unable to proceed if, after claiming a gift from the Present Box, a user tapped the Back button on the lower left without pressing OK on the pop-up.
・Fixes to a bug that, in some cases, prevented Snorlax’s Strength-up animation from displaying when a Charge Strength main skill was triggered on the home screen.
・Fixes to a bug on the sleep research screen that prevented the correct amount of Dream Shards and research EXP to be displayed at the top of the screen after a user tapped Speed Review (the camera button on the bottom right).

Version 1.0.11 has a few bug fixes including a bug that can be triggered when claiming gifts, a bug when triggering Charge Strength S or Charge Strength M, and a display error during Speed Review.

Android Devices Only

Version 1.0.11 Update - Bug Fixes
・ Temporary fixes to a bug that, in some cases, prevented the app from linking to Google or Facebook from Android devices even if the user tried to link accounts.
・ Fixes to a bug that caused the app’s background music to stop playing on Android devices if the user moved the app to the background while it was playing Relaxing Sounds from the sleep tracking screen, and then reopened the app to stop sleep tracking.

Some Android users have encountered bugs that will be fixed in this update.

Android users who had trouble linking accounts to Pokemon Sleep should be able to link their accounts upon updating the app.
