Your Helper Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep are going to get extremely tired if you skip Sleep Sessions! Learn how to prevent this from happening and keep your Helpers happy and healthy in this guide!
List of Contents
Like many creatures subject to heavy and continuous labor, your Helper Pokemon will become very exhausted if left awake for too long. They will still be able to gather resources, albeit not very effectively.
They're going to be slower than usual and also yield less resources. If you're looking to raise your Snorlax in the most efficient way possible, be sure to give your Helpers the break they deserve!
You have played a game before where you take care of a virtual pet, leave it unattended for a few days, and it ends up running away. Fortunately for Pokemon Sleep players, your Helpers will stay with you no matter what.
Another game you may have played might have been a bit more grim, where upon returning to check on your unattended virtual pet, you find them lifeless. You won't have to worry about that, since your Helper Pokemon will be able to stay alive.
Of course, that's still no excuse to neglect them. Taking care of your Helpers will yield great benefits like a stronger Snorlax, and in turn, more Pokemon to encounter!
How to Keep Helper Pokemon Energized
A good idea to restore your Helper Pokemon's energy after a really long shift is by using a Recovery Incense before you start a Sleep Session. For maximum effectiveness, be sure to do this on your Regular Sleep Session.
If you don't have a Recovery Incense, you can try swapping out your current team and deploying an alternate one, then take your original team to bed with you on your Regular Sleep Session.
That way, you can maintain your Helper Pokemon and still get the most productivity for the day!
There is also a glitch you can perform to heal your Pokemon using the Helper Team menu. However, this glitch only works on Sundays.

Alternatively, you can use certain consumables like Energy Pillows and Helper Whistles to aid you in times of need. Additionally, you can even combine the usage of consumables with other techniques.
You can use a Helper Whistle, then use a Recovery Incense during your Regular Sleep Session for even more energy restored in the morning!
While this may not be as efficient and immediate as the other techniques, it may be able to help you in desperate times. After getting back from your hiatus, you may find yourself activating your Pokemon's restorative capabilities.
Pokemon like Jigglypuff and Igglybuff are great examples of energy restoring Pokemon! Put them in your team, and they may help your Helpers last longer out on the field!
