To celebrate April Fools' Day, a Pokemon Sleep Champion Tournament 2024 was held, with a commemorative gift is being distributed in-game. Read on for more information about this commemorative gift, how to claim it, as well as details about the Pokemon Sleep Champion Tournament 2024.

In this video, Pokemon Sleep trainers compete in a sleeping competition to see who can sleep the longest in the most artistic Sleep Style. Rarer Sleep Styles are awarded more points. Tha champion of the Pokemon Sleep Champion Tournament won with the rare 3-star Unsheltered Sleep.
While a Pokemon Sleep tournament does sound like a very interesting esport—one that many people may want to participate in—this is actually a joke to celebrate April Fools' Day.
There is currently no way to competitively play Pokemon Sleep, other than comparing Sleep Scores with your friends. Though it would definitely be interesting to see what competitive Pokemon Sleep would look like.

A special gift containing Poke Biscuits, Recovery Incense, Energy Pillows, and a Dream Cluster M is currently being distributed in Pokemon Sleep to celebrate April Fools' Day.
This April Fools' gift is disguised as a gift set promoting the Pokemon Sleep Champion Tournament 2024. Items such as Recovery Incense and Recovery Pillow help Pokemon regain Energy, which may be helpful for trainers in this "tournament".
The Champion Tournament 2024 commemorative gift was released on April 1, 2024, April Fools' Day! Don't worry, the gift won't disappear on you as a prank. This gift is real and should be available to all Pokemon Sleep users at this time.
Once the gift contents appear in your Gift Box, you have 90 days to claim each item to add them to your inventory. It would be best to claim these gift items immediately after receiving them, so that you won't end up forgetting.
If your inventory is full, you can increase your inventory space by using Diamonds, or by selling some items you don't need.
This gift can only appear in your Gift Box if you log into Pokemon Sleep on or before April 22, 2024. Make sure to check your app by then!
This April Fools' Day gift should automatically be added to your Gift Box upon logging into Pokemon Sleep. From the main menu, go to the Gift Box on the upper right corner. If there are gifts available, the Gift Box should have an exclamation point.
Once you're in the Gift Box, tap on Claim on each item you want to accept. You can also tap on Claim All on the lower right corner if you want to accept all of your unclaimed gifts.
If the gifts aren't appearing in your Gift Box despite being eligible for them, try restarting your Pokemon Sleep app.
Also make sure that your Pokemon Sleep app is up-to-date.
