Two Sleep Sessions can be recorded each day in Pokemon Sleep, and the 90-Minute Sleep Session can be done within your day apart from your Regular 8-Hour Sleep Session. Find out the best time for you to do the 90-Minute Sleep Session in this guide!
List of Contents
The 90-Minute Sleep Session is one of the Sleep Sessions you can record per day in Pokemon Sleep. The game allows for tracking a maximum of 13 hours of sleep per day, divided into two Sleep Sessions, each for a minimum of 90 minutes.
Taking advantage of this fact, you can acquire the most Pokemon possible in a single day, provided that your Snorlax has enough Drowsy Power. Therefore, it is recommended that you take your 90-Minute Sleep Session in the middle your day.
Regular Sleep Sessions typically last for about 6-8 hours. This Sleep Session is recommended to be done while you sleep regularly at the end of your day. That way, you have ample time to build Snorlax's Strength for more Pokemon once you wake up!
The 90-Minute Sleep Session must be done during the day, typically during a nap. However, Pokemon Sleep can be played without actually sleeping. Just make sure to leave your phone face-down on a soft surface as you go about your day.
How to Play Pokemon Sleep Without Sleeping
Like your wake-up time and bedtime, the 90-Minute Sleep Session can also be subjected to change based on your daily schedule. Because of this, it's important to pay attention to your schedule and see how you can squeeze your gameplay into it.
If you have a morning schedule, this will most likely be your First Sleep Session. Alternatively, if you have an afternoon or night schedule, this will most likely be your Second Sleep Session.
Make sure not to modify your set bedtime in the game when doing this shorter session. It's better to keep that schedule for your regular sleep session.
According to our research, the Pokemon that will appear at the end of Sleep Sessions do not depend on what time you sleep and wake up. Instead, they solely depend on Snorlax's Rating and Drowsy Power.
These 2 factors are determined by how well you maintain your Helper Pokemon and raise your your Snorlax throughout the day, and how long your Sleep Session is. Regular Sleep Sessions will yield more Pokemon than a 90-Minute Sleep Session.
Lunchtime is your best bet when it comes to doing your 90-Minute Sleep Session. This time will most likely be free enough for you to set your phone down somewhere or to actually take a nap while the app is active.
You may also want to start the session at the end of your lunch hour and have the session go on as you do other tasks so that your phone will still be free to use while you eat.
Just be sure to end the Sleep Session after 90 minutes, or an hour and a half. Most lunchtimes, especially during a regular work or school day, typically last for only about an hour, so the last 30 minutes should still be accounted for!
Taking the fact that you can play Pokemon Sleep without sleeping into account, your 90-Minute Sleep Session can be done in the morning as you start your shift or class.
If you are working from home, you can do it right after your first round of Helper Maintenance and feeding Snorlax breakfast!
