Version 2.2.0 of Pokemon Sleep was released on November 26, 2024. This update adds new Sleep Tips, a loading screen before starting sleep tracking in order to prevent accidental failures, and makes several more adjustments to the game. Read on to learn about Version 2.2.0 and its patch notes.
Version 2.2.0 of Pokemon Sleep was made available on November 26, 2024. This update comes about a month after the previous Version 2.1.0 update.

| ・ Adjustment to what happens immediately after the Sleep button is pressed ┗ After the Sleep button is pressed, a short loading period will begin. As soon as it’s finished, the app will automatically begin sleep tracking. This adjustment is to prevent accidental sleep tracking failures. ・ Adjustment to the pop-up that displays after tapping “Next Goal” on the home screen |
Version 2.2.0 makes it less likely that sleep sessions will not be tracked properly. The pop-up for the Sleep Style Dex Goals have also been adjusted. The contents of your current Sleep Style Dex will be displayed once you’ve met all goals.
