The Summer Festival Bundles each contain Biscuits, Incense, and Candy for various Water, Flying, and Bug Pokemon in line with the Summer Festival event. Since these bundles have Vol. 1 in their names, we can expect these bundles to make a return next year, along with the Summer Festival event.
The Summer Festival Bundles will be available at the General Store on June 17, 2023 at 6 AM UTC, and they will remain there until June 25, 2024 at 3:59 AM UTC.
All Summer Festival Bundles can be found in the General Store. To get here, tap on Shops from the main screen where Snorlax sleeps, then tap on General Store. The bundles should be right at the top.
You must purchase these bundles from the General Store in order to get them. They are not considered gifts and cannot be found in the Gift Box.

The Summer Festival Bundles are meant to pair with the Summer Festival event that is being held from June 17 to 24. The event introduces Cramorant to Pokemon Sleep and increases the encounter rate for Water, Flying, and Bug Pokemon.

If you're willing to splurge a bit, the Summer Festival Bundle Vol.1 L may be the best bundle to purchase in this set. It contains both Pinsir Incense and Heracross Incense, both rare Pokemon that are difficult to encounter. You can also get the new Type Candies for Bug-type and Water-type Pokemon. With the amount rare and new items in this bundle, this seems like the best deal.
If you only want to meet Cramorant, the new Pokemon being added during the Summer Festival, then you'll want to get the Summer Festival Bundle Vol.1 M.
This bundle contains Cramorant Incense, allowing you to encounter Cramorant after your sleep session when used. It also contains Flying-type Candy M, which can be used on Cramorant or other Flying-type Pokemon in order to get their respective Pokemon Candy.
