Sleep EXP Bonus Gold Boosts the EXP earned by the team after sleep sessions by 14%.
Skill Trigger S Regular Slightly boosts the chance of this Pokemon's main skill being used.
Skill Trigger M Blue Boosts the chance of this Pokemon's main skill being used.
Skill Level Up S Blue Boosts the level of this Pokemon's main skill by 1.
Skill Level Up M Gold Boosts the level of this Pokemon's main skill by 2.
Research EXP Bonus Gold Boosts the EXP you earn from performing sleep research by 6%.
Inventory Up S Regular Increaes the max number of Berries and ingredients this Pokemon can have by 6.
Inventory Up M Blue Increases the max number of Berries and ingredients this Pokemon can have by 12.
Inventory Up L Blue Increaes the max number of Berries and ingredients this Pokemon can have by 18.
Ingredient Finder S Regular Slightly boosts the likelihood of this Pokemon finding ingredients.
Ingredient Finder M Blue Boosts the likelihood of this Pokemon finding ingredients.
Helping Speed S Regular Allows the Pokemon to help out 7% faster.
Helping Speed M Blue Allows this Pokemon to help out 14% faster.
Helping Bonus Gold Allows team members to help 5% faster.
Energy Recovery Bonus Gold Multiplies the Energy the team recovers from sleep sessions by 1.12.
Dream Shard Bonus Gold Boosts the number of Dream Shards you earn from sleep research by 6%.
Berry Finding S Gold Increases the number of Berries this Pokemon finds at one time by 1.

How to Level Up Sub Skills

Use a Sub Skill Seed

You can improve a random Sub Skill with a Sub Skill Seed, which can be bought from the Premium Exchange store for 1,400 Sleep Points.

List of All Items and Effects

Get to Friendship Level 10

After befriending nine of the same species of Pokemon, your Friendship level with that Pokemon will be at Friendship level 10. This level can only be seen during Snack Time after conducting sleep research.

Friendship level 10 guarantees the next Pokemon of that species you befriend to have a gold Sub Skill as their first Sub Skill.

Unfortunately, this does not affect Pokemon that you have already befriended. This only affects Pokemon you recruit from Friendship level 10 onwards.

What are Sub Skills?

Random Skills Per Pokemon

Sub Skills are secondary skills that can vary even among Pokemon of the same species. Unlike Main Skills, Sub Skills are unlocked at certain levels, and is always in effect as long as that Pokemon is included in your team.

These Skills commonly provide slight boosts and benefits that assist in Sleep Research. A Pokemon can have up to 5 Sub Skills, learned at Levels 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100.
