A Sub Skill Seed can be obtained by purchasing the medium First Anniversary Bundle for 1500 Diamonds, which should be available at the General Store from July 20 until August 3, 2024.

This bundle is available alongside the First Anniversary Fest to commemorate the first anniversary of the Pokemon Sleep app on July 20.
