Version 1.8.0 of Pokemon Sleep has been released! This update adds in the Summer Festival Event, adjusts stats of certain Pokemon, expands max item capacity, and fixes Pokemon GO Plus+ time syncing for those with Daylight Savings. Read on to learn about Version 1.8.0 and its patch notes.
Version 1.8.0 of Pokemon Sleep has been made available on June 11 after the app maintenance. This update comes almost three weeks after Version 1.7.3.

The Pokemon Sleep Summer Festival event will be held from June 17 to 24. This event introduces Cramorant to Pokemon Sleep and has a limited-time feature called the Candy Cram-o-matic.

| ・ Adjustments to the helping stats of certain helper Pokemon: ・ Pinsir ・ Carry limit +3 ・ Ingredient finding ×1.05 ・ Heracross ・ Carry Limit +2 ・ Frequency shortened slightly ・ Main skill chance ×1.05 |
This update helps to improve both Pinsir and Heracross. Though they're rare Pokemon, these two aren't really the best Pokemon to have on your helper team.
Pinsir is a decent Ingredients Specialty Pokemon, but is outclassed by Venusaur and its pre-evolutions. Heracross is a Skills Specialty Pokemon with the Ingredient Magnet S skill, which isn't the best skill to have for this type of Pokemon.
The buffs they receive this update are small and don't look like they'll be too impactful. However, those who use these Pokemon should be able to notice some improvement.

Those using the Pokemon GO Plus+ device to track sleep have been having trouble with the Daylight Savings time difference, but after this update, you won't have to worry about waking up an hour later than you should. The alarm time should be automatically corrected upon connecting your Pokemon GO Plus+ to the app after downloading the update.
