List of Contents
After a long day's journey, it's finally time for you and your Pokemon to hit the hay and get a good night's sleep! But before you catch some shut-eye, let's take a look at what you've completed throughout your day!
By this time, Snorlax should have already been fed twice, both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is only from 4AM to 12PM, and lunchtime is only from 12PM to 6PM, so make sure that you didn't miss feeding Snorlax during these times!
Pokemon Sleep allows for tracking two Sleep Sessions per day for a minimum of 90 minutes. During the day, you should have already taken your First Sleep Session and scored a few new Pokemon as a result.
Doing so maximizes your chances of getting more Pokemon in a single day! If you're looking to get as much Pokemon as possible in record time, availing your First Sleep Session is important.
Keep in mind that your Pokemon also get tired. This will be evident if you take a look at their stats in the Pokemon Box. Swapping teams to help you raise Snorlax and take along with you to sleep is vital in keep team morale up!
During your First Sleep Session, your Alternate Team should have been alongside you, and upon waking up, you should have swapped to your Main Team to raise Snorlax. That way, you can take them for a long rest when you go to bed tonight.
Now, let's go ahead and get you to bed.

1. Dinner with Snorlax 2. Berry and Ingredient Collection 3. Finalize Helper Pokemon Teams 4. Check Your Missions Board and Sleep Pass |
Starting from 6PM, you will be able to cook Snorlax's final Meal of the day. Feeding Snorlax is imperative if you want to make the most out of Pokemon Sleep, for it increases their Strength, leading to more new and rare Pokemon at the end of every Sleep Session!
When cooking Meals, you can either use the Auto-Cook function to throw 15 random Ingredients into the pot for a random Meal, or use a Recipe of a meal you have previously made, which you'll unlock after reaching the second Sleep Style Dex Goal, which is discovering 12 Sleep Styles.
Additionally, you can create new Recipes by manually adding different Ingredients into the pot! Don't be afraid to experiment with different Ingredients whenever you get the chance.
Your third and final round of Berry and Ingredient collection is up! Check all the things your helpers have found for you.
Ingredients go in your Inventory for future use, Candies go to your helper Pokemon for quick level-ups, and Berries go into Snorlax's belly.
This step is optional if you've already finalized your Main Team and Alternate Teams, but it's still a good idea to check your teams one more time. If you think that any changes are necessary, make your adjustments now.
Afterwards, make sure that you have your Main Party to take with you to sleep.
Finally, always be certain that you've claimed any and all rewards from both your Missions Board and Sleep Pass. Some of these rewards contain Biscuits and Incense.
Sleep Points should also be collected. These can be exchanged for various items like Biscuits and can come in clutch when it comes to maxing out Friendship meters of new and rare Pokemon!

For this, we recommend the Balanced Sleep Type. It's a very peaceful yet realistic Sleep Type that requires a balanced amount of movement and noise, and on top of that, all Pokemon respond to it!
This section involves more on the real-life aspect of the game. Making preparations involve active methods in modifying how you sleep. Each of our Sleep Type Guides have useful tips on how to align your sleep with a specific Sleep type!

1. Open Pokemon Sleep to Track Your Progress 2. Tuck Yourself In and Go to Sleep |
Of course, it goes without saying that you need to open the Pokemon Sleep app and put your phone face down beside you when you sleep. Be sure to keep your device plugged in as well to prevent the battery from being drained.
When tracking your sleep with the app, be mindful not to lock your screen or leave the app. This will result in your sleep tracking coming to a pause.
To avoid this, keep your screen unlocked and your app running, and merely keep your phone face down beside you when you sleep. That way, the screen will shut off to conserve power while the app runs!
Alternatively, you can track your sleep using the new Pokemon GO Plus+ device while your phone is locked to conserve power better! Just make sure that the device is connected to the app if you do so.
To track your sleep with Pokemon GO Plus+, simply hold down the middle button until the device vibrates and glows blue.
