Helper Pokemon gradually get tired as they gather items to help you raise Snorlax in Pokemon Sleep. Read on for some tips to keep your Helper Pokemon happy and energized.
List of Contents
When you tap on a Pokemon out on the field that is not holding any Berries or ingredients, you will be shown an icon that lets you know if your Pokemon is happy or tired.
You have a more in-depth view of your Pokemon's energy levels in the Helper Team menu. You may want to use more energized Pokemon on your active Helper Team. Tap on any of the five slots to change the Pokemon on your Helper Team.
Your Pokemon Box will also show you each Pokemon's mood and energy level. You can sort your Pokemon Box by energy levels using the Sort function at the bottom of the Pokemon Box screen.
If you tap on a specific Pokemon, you can see the exact percentage of their energy on their Pokemon information page.

A Pokemon you befriend during Snack Time after a Sleep Session will always have 100% energy. You did see them sleep soundly in their respective Sleep Style after all.

You Pokemon will get as much rest as you do. Get a high Sleep Score for your Pokemon to get lots of rest. Your Sleep Score will be the percentage of energy that your Pokemon will gain.
Make sure that the Pokemon whose energy levels you want to raise are in your active Helper Team. Only Pokemon in your active Helper Team will gain energy when you sleep. The Leader of your Helper Team will be the one featured on your Sleep Session screen.
If you expect to have a short Sleep Session, you can use a Recovery Incense to double the energy your Pokemon will recover. Even if you have a low Sleep Score, a Recovery Incense can still make the energy they recover significant.
This might not be worth using if you expect your Sleep Score to be in the single digits, which can be achieved by sleeping for about 30 minutes or less. The Recovery Incense is also not worth using if you expect to have a full night of sleep.
If you don't have time to sleep, you can always use an Energy Pillow. This is a single-use item that can restore 50% of a Pokemon's energy.
This isn't a convenient item if several Pokemon need more energy. However, it is a good item to have in a pinch in case your one Pokemon with a specific ingredient or Skill you need is too tired to provide help.
Energy Pillow Effect and How to Get
There are a few energy-boosting Skills in Pokemon Sleep that would be valuable in your Helper Team. These Skills include Charge Energy, Energizing Cheer, and Energy for Everyone.
The Charge Energy Skill only affects the user. This is good to have on Pokemon you may want to substitute in for tired Pokemon.
Energizing Cheer and Energy for Everyone raises other Pokemon's energy. It's nice to have one Pokemon with one of these Skills in your Helper Team to function like a healer and keep everyone happy and healthy.
Take note that all of these are Main Skills that may randomly trigger when you tap the Pokemon who has the Skill.
List of All Main Skills and Effects
Pokemon that are tired and have low energy will not be able to work at their full potential. They may gather less Berries and ingredients, and it may be unlikely for their Main Skills to activate.
If you want your Pokemon to be able to provide adequate help, check on them to make sure they have enough energy to help you raise Snorlax. Increase their energy or swap them out for happy and energized Pokemon if they are too tired.
