Pokemon Day Celebration Event Bonuses
Increased Sleep EXP
All Pokemon in your helper team that you conduct a sleep session with will obtain 1.5x more EXP that usual. It is recommended to add Pokemon you want to level up to your team during this event for this significant EXP bonus.
Main Skill Bonuses
Main skills for all helper Pokemon will have an increased trigger chance of 1.25x, and all main skill levels will be increased by 1. If your Pokemon already is at the max main skill level, it will not have the boosted level effect.

All dishes made during this event week will have a 1.25x Strength boost. Extra Tasty dishes, which are normally double (2x) the expected dish Strength, will instead have 2.5x the original dish Strength during this event.
On Sunday, March 8, which is the last day of the event, this Extra Tasty bonus goes up to 3.75x. Combined with the doubled pot capacity on Sundays, you can make an exceptionally strong dish that may allow you to jump through multpile Snorlax Ratings all at once.

Their evolved forms will also have this increased appearance rate, so this event is the perfect chance to complete your Sleep Style Dex for these Pokemon if you haven't yet.

Best Island for the Pokemon Day Celebration Event
Greengrass Isle (Expert) for All Pokemon
Greengrass Isle (Expert) is the only research area that has all Pokemon available in it. This is the best island to go to if you want to be able to encounter every featured Pokemon during this event.
However, this island requires the use of the Expert Ticket and requires you to have a high Team RP in order to raise Snorlax's Strength significantly.

Greengrass Isle is a Good Substitute
If you aren't able to go to Greengrass Isle (Expert), Greengrass Isle is another great option if you want to see as many featured Pokemon as possbile. This area is accessible to all and has most featured Pokemon, with only the evolutions of Fuecoco and Quaxly as the exceptions.
