The Snoozing Sleep Type Pattern is a sleeping pattern players can do to acquire different types of Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep. Learn helpful tips and tricks on how to do the Snoozing Sleep Type, what it is, and what Pokemon you can get here!
List of Contents
The Snoozing Sleep Type is likely one of the more common Sleep Types a player can get. It is defined as sleeping while moving every so often and making a reasonable amount of noise.
This Sleep Type is easy to attain, provided that most people still tend to have mild brain activity during sleep, leading to minor shuffles and groans.
The Snoozing Sleep Type Pattern is the most common sleeping pattern a person could have. One can never expect to be completely still and silent while sleeping, so the best thing to do is to merely sleep like you normally would.
However, it would be ideal to sleep through the night to achieve this Sleep Type Pattern, so it will be in your best interest to prepare accordingly to ensure that you do so. We recommend making this Sleep Type into a regular sleeping pattern.
Another good way of attaining this Sleep Type is by putting your device face down on a soft surface beside you or on your lap while you work, provided that your environment isn't too noisy.
This will register you in the app as "asleep", but because you'll only be making reasonable amounts of movement and sound, you should get this Sleep Type no problem.
When playing Pokemon Sleep, do keep in mind that you can record up to two sleep sessions per day for a minimum of 90 minutes per session.
If you're planning to collect the most Pokemon within a single day, we recommend using the second Sleep Session to get a different Sleep Type.
Sleep Type Quiz
Starting from your third sleep session, your Sleep Type will be determined by comparing your results to your previous sleep sessions.
If you're consistently a Slumbering sleeper, it might be easier for you to get the Snoozing Sleep Type by moving around a bit more before and after falling asleep.
Dozing sleepers may find it easier to get the Snoozing Sleep Type by being still before falling asleep and before ending the Sleep Session.
Take note that if your activity levels remain consistent for every Sleep Session, you are more likely to get the Balanced Sleep Type Pattern.
You can acquire these Pokemon when you get a Snoozing Sleep Type Pattern in Pokemon Sleep. A lot of Pokemon, much like a lot of humans, follow this common sleeping pattern.
Getting some proper Z's and sleeping as one normally would should be able to net you these Pokemon!

The Snoozing Sleep Type is very easy to do, as it is realistic and followed by pretty much everyone in the world. With the actual sleeping session aside, the only concern that remains is actually falling asleep.
Moving around too much is akin to cardiovascular exercises at the start of every workout. Its main purpose is to get your heart pumping, therefore, activating your mind and body. We're trying to do the exact opposite of that.
Try to remain stationary in bed for at least an hour. That doesn't necessarily mean that you should be unmoving and completely still. Simply avoid getting up or moving too much, and you should fall asleep right away.
Hibernation during chilly weather is a natural response from living beings and Pokemon alike. Turn on the air conditioners and fans to lower your bedroom's temperature and you should be able to fall asleep easier.
Substances that provide energy and stimulate the mind like coffee, soda, and sugar present huge hurdles when it comes to getting proper rest. Be sure to avoid these substances at least 8 hours before you go to sleep.
Blue Light emanating from device screens can prevent you from falling asleep. At least 2 hours before bed, put down the phone and turn off any devices in your room to get proper sleep.
