Salads aren't the best dish request for Cyan Beach, but you can make "Contrary" Chocolate Meat Salad easily and reliably. If you want to make stronger dishes, you will need to add Pokemon to your team that don't obtain favorite Berries.
For Slowpoke Tail Pepper Salad, it's best to add Gengar for the Fiery Herb ingredient. You can also add Slowbro or Slowking for Slowpoke Tails, but this ingredient is best farmed beforehand through the Ingredient Magnet S skill or by using Ingredient Tickets.
Bewear is a good addition to your team if you're planning on making "Calm Mind" Fruit Salad. Victreebel is the Pokemon you want if you want to make "Gluttony" Potato Salad, but Mr. Mime or Golem can also work.

If your pot can accommodate the 53 ingredients needed for Ninja Salad, this is the best recipe to make for every meal in Taupe Hollow. Other spicy salad recipes such as "Overheat" Ginger Salad, "Immunity" Leek Salad, and "Heat Wave" Tofu Salad are also good options.
You can add Flareon to the team and wait for its Cooking Power-Up S skill to trigger if you need more space in your cooking pot. Take note that this skill only expands your cooking pot temporarily, applicable only to the next meal you make.

You can add Bewear to your Snowdrop Tundra team if you're in need of Greengrass Corn for the Greengrass Salad recipe. Switch it back once you've collected enough of that ingredient.
Greengrass Salad is only recommended for those who use a Good Camp Ticket for the week or as a Sunday recipe, since it requires 62 ingredients. If you want to make recipes beyond your current pot capacity, you can also add Glaceon to your team and try to get its Cooking Power-Up S skill to trigger.
Since Slowpoke Tail is a difficult ingredient to get, Slowpoke Tail Pepper Salad is only recommended for those who have a lot of Slowpoke Tail on hand. "Overheat" Ginger Salad and "Superpower" Extreme Salad are more consistent meal options for those who cannot make those two other recipes.

Lapis Lakeside is the best place to make all of the Greengrass Corn recipes. Stufful should be easy to get on this island, and evolving it to Bewear will give you a reliable source of Greengrass Corn.
If you're not planning on making "Guttony" Potato Salad, you can replace the Delibird on this team with another Pokemon that can still help with the other recommended dishes such as Gardevoir.
Lapis Lakeside Area Dex and How to Unlock
There is a wider variety of good Pokemon to use when making salad recipes compared to desserts. Victreebel, Gengar, Ditto, Delibird, and Bewear are some of the best to use in any area, but each island has its own set of salad Pokemon that shine.

For salads, it may be better to look at the ingredients you want to get instead of the individual Pokemon. Try to create teams that focus on these ingredients, so that you'll always have something to make when it's time to cook for Snorlax.
Best Ingredients and Helper Pokemon For Dishes
Greengrass Salad is the strongest salad in the game and is the dish to aim for on Sunday when pot capacity is doubled.
The other recipes should be able to fit in a pot at maximum capacity. However, your maximum pot limit will still depend on your Sleep Style Dex progress. Always try to choose salad recipes with the highest Strength value that can fit into your pot.
Once you register 35 Sleep Styles, you unlock the ability to expand your cooking pot permanently. You can expand your cooking pot twice per Sleep Style Dex goal reached from this point, with each expansion adding three more ingredient slots.
You can expand your cooking pot by tapping on the max pot limit on the upper right corner of the cooking menu.

If you're struggling to make all of your recipe ingredients fit into your cooking pot, you can use one of these Pokemon with the Cooking Power-Up S Main Skill. Triggering this skill allows your cooking pot to be expanded temporarily for the next meal you cook. The expansion bonus can stack if you trigger it multiple times before a meal.
Cooking Guide: Tips for Increasing Dish Strength and Best Dishes
Using a Good Camp Set gives a 50% expansion to your cooking pot for one week, in addition to other benefits.
This is useful during events when you know you'll be aiming for high-Strength dishes and want to maximize the limits of your cooking for the week.
