・ Decreased the Energy recovery ▼▼ effect of Pokemon Natures to x0.88 (was ×0.8).
・ Increased the effect of Pokémon sub skill Energy Recovery Bonus to ×1.14 (was ×1.12).

These adjustments seem to have been made on January 31, 20234, about a week after the initial update came out. These balance adjustments improve the performance of Pokemon with reduced Energy recovery Natures and those with the Energy Recover Bonus sub skill.

Eating Cooked Dishes Together

Pokemon Sleep - Eating with Snorlax
A new feature has been added that allows your Helper Pokemon to benefit from the dishes you cook for Snorlax. When feeding Snorlax a dish, your active Helper Pokemon on the field will also eat and regain Energy depending on how tired they are.

Pokemon at 100% Energy will not gain any Energy from dishes. Pokemon at very low Energy can gain up to 5 Energy from eating the dish you make for Snorlax. The dish you make does not affect how much Energy your Pokemon regain.

New Ingredient and Recipes

Item Strength Description
Pokemon Sleep - Greengrass Corn Greengrass Corn 140 This Greengrass Isle specialty can be eaten raw. It's remarkably sweet.

A new ingrgedient, Greengrass Corn, has been added into the game! Seven new recipes, all using Greengrass Corn and divided among the three dish types, have also been added into Pokemon Sleep.

Game Contents

Version 1.1.0 Game Contents
・ Changes to allow helper Pokemon on your team to pick up ingredients on the home screen even when your bag’s ingredients pocket is full.
・ Changes to save the display order (sort) setting, such as Strength, on the cooking screen.
・ Changes to show a notification mark on the pot by the tent on the home screen as well as by the Max button in the upper right on the cooking screen when you complete a Sleep Style Dex goal and expansion of your pot becomes available.

This update makes it easier to get ingredients from your Pokemon even when your bag's ingredients pocket constantly gets full. Your Pokemon will no longer stop picking up ingredients.

Viewing your recipes when cooking is now made easier since you don't have to constantly sort it every time you have to cook. You can also easily know if you have the ability to increase your pot capacity now, which can be done after reaching Sleep Style Dex goals.

Bug Fixes

Version 1.1.0 Bug Fixes
・ Fixes to a bug that caused helper Pokemon not to use Energy during sleep tracking
・ Fixes to a bug that gave one extra helping’s worth of Berries during Sneaky Snacking
・ Fixes to a bug that allowed for cooking four or more times a day when certain actions were performed
・ Fixes to a bug that made it easier for main skills to be triggered when certain actions were performed
・ Fixes to a bug that caused sleep tracking that was “reviewed later” not to be reflected in the weekly summary
・ Fixes to a bug that caused the Energy restored by Energy Pillows to cap at 100% in some cases
・ Fixes to a bug that caused the notification mark (a red circle) to continue displaying on the Shops icon on the home screen during the weekly turnover even after obtaining the Daily Gift
・ Fixes to a bug that caused the Shiny appearance of Pokemon that had been evolved twice not to appear in the Sleep Style Dex in some cases
・ Fixes to a bug that caused the “Choose Next Research Site” button on the home screen during the weekly rollover not to work when the device’s language was set to Turkish

Several bugs were fixed in this update, including some that players have been exploiting in order to quickly raise their Snorlax Strength.

Following this update, players may notice that their Pokemon pick up significantly less Berries from sneaky snacking after a full night's sleep session. This is because Pokemon now lose Energy even while you're asleep, lowering their frequency of help.
