Berries are one of the main sources of Snorlax Strength and can be obtained by Helper Pokemon. Here are some tips to help you and your Pokemon gather more Berries in Pokemon Sleep.
List of Contents
Different species of Pokemon will pick up different types of Berries. Some Pokemon can pick up two of the same Berry at a time.
These Pokemon are excellent sources of Berries. You can check how many Berries your Pokemon can find at a time through their Helping Stats on their respective Pokemon pages.
Best Morning Helper Team: Berry Finding Team
In cases where your Pokemon exceed their Carry Limit, they will sneakily give their Berries to Snorlax directly. They will do this even if you aren't currently logged into Pokemon Sleep.
Pokemon with Berries listed as their specialty will be able to gather Berries more frequently than what is listed in their Frequency Helping Stat.
You should be able to get more Berries if you have Pokemon with this Specialty in your active Helper Team.
List of Pokemon with Berries Specialty
Nature | Increased Stat | Decreased Stat |
---|---|---|
Lonely | Speed of help | Energy recovery |
Adamant | Speed of help | Ingredient finding |
Naughty | Speed of help | Main Skill chance |
Brave | Speed of help | EXP gains |
Pokemon with these Natures have increased Speed of Help, which means that they can find Berries and ingredients faster than what is listed in their Frequency of Help stat.

The Helper Whistle is a single-use item that can automatically get you 3 hours' worth of items from the Pokemon in your current Helper Team.
This is best used for Pokemon with a shorter Frequency of Help stat, so you can get even more Berries and ingredients.
Helper Whistle Effect and How to Get
By using a Good Camp Ticket, you will have access to a Good Camp Set. This Camp Set allows your Pokemon to work 20% faster and carry 20% more Berries and ingredients for a week.
Berries don't get sent to your inventory when you pick them up. They go straight to the box by Snorlax's foot, and there is no way to take them out.
Each Berry increases Snorlax's Strength by a little bit. If Snorlax eats one of its favorite Berries, it will gain double the Strength the Berry would normally provide.
As long as there are Berries in the box, Snorlax will keep snacking on them. If you start a Sleep Session while there are still Berries in the box, Snorlax will gather them all up and gobble them down like a meal before preparing for bed.
