Determining the best time to wake up when playing Pokemon Sleep can be a bit tricky when you have a schedule that shifts constantly. Find out the best time for you to wake up and how you can adjust it based on your daily schedule in this guide!
List of Contents
Your daily schedule can be subject to various changes as you grow older and your priorities change. It may be because of your work or school hours, or it could be a general change such as being a parent.
Aligning you schedule to accommodate these changes is important when playing Pokemon Sleep. Not only will it prevent health repercussions from forcing yourself to meet sleeping conditions, but it will also maximize your experience with the game!
When trying to ascertain the best time to wake up, it's always best to align it with the time you're meant to wake up as opposed to forcing yourself to waking up at a specific time. If you're supposed to wake up at 7am, try and go to bed 8 hours earlier.
Therefore, you should pay attention to your daily schedule and adjust your biological clock accordingly. That way, you can wake up naturally when you're supposed to.
Every day is packed with activities, may it be work or school. Needless to say, we wouldn't want you to be late to any of them. When playing Pokemon Sleep, we recommend waking up at least 20-30 minutes before you make your daily preparations.
This will ensure that you have ample time to raise your Snorlax, maintain your helper Pokemon, feed and recruit new Pokemon, and many other tasks in the game.
According to our research, the Pokemon that will appear at the end of Sleep Sessions do not depend on what time you sleep and wake up. Instead, they solely depend on Snorlax's Rating and Drowsy Power.
These 2 factors are determined by how well you maintain your Helper Pokemon and raise your your Snorlax throughout the day, and how long your Sleep Session is. Regular Sleep Sessions will yield more Pokemon than a 90-Minute Sleep Session.
Days in Pokemon Sleep reset at 4 AM local time everyday. Therefore, should you find yourself needing to adjust your schedule to match your gameplay, be sure to finish your in-game tasks before 4 AM, lest you miss a Sleep Session.
If you take all of your daily morning tasks into account such as making breakfast, taking a shower, brushing your teeth, or getting dressed, and how much time they may take, you should then also consider the time you should allot into playing Pokemon Sleep.
Waking up at least 1 hour before you start these morning tasks will be more than enough time for you to complete your in-game activities. Additionally, the blue light from your screen will be able to jump-start your senses.
Here are a few examples of charting your schedule to make your daily routine with Pokemon Sleep easier to follow. Our comprehensive Daily Routine guides will be able to give you an idea of how to go about your day!
