Pokemon Sleep - Best Eeveelutions
Eevee can be evolved into eight different Eeveelutions with different main skills in Pokemon Sleep. Read on for a tier list of the best Eeveelutions, the best Eeveelution skills, and how to get each Eeveelution.

All Eeveelutions (Eevee's evolutions) are Skills Specialty Pokemon that share the same ingredients but have different Berries due to their differing types as well as different main skills.

Sylveon is the best Eeveelution on our tier list because of its ability to keep your helper Pokemon energized. It works best if the other helper Pokemon you have on your team pick up a lot of items in a short span of time.

Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, and Glaceon are all very good Eeveelutions as well, but they're at the B-tier because there are other Pokemon that do similar jobs but slightly better. Flareon and Glaceon's Cooking Power-Up S can be especially powerful if you have a team full of Ingredient Specialty Pokemon.

Leafeon's Energizing Cheer S isn't as consistent as Sylveon's Energy for Everyone S, putting it in the C-tier. Vaporeon and Umbreon both have main skills that aren't exclusive to Skills Specialty Pokemon, so you have less reason to use them.

Best Eeveelution Sub Skills and Natures

Best Sub Skills for Eeveelutions

Skill Quality Effect
Skill Trigger S Regular Slightly boosts the chance of this Pokemon's main skill being used.
Skill Trigger M Blue Boosts the chance of this Pokemon's main skill being used.
Skill Level Up S Blue Boosts the level of this Pokemon's main skill by 1.
Skill Level Up M Gold Boosts the level of this Pokemon's main skill by 2.

The best sub skills to have for all Eeveelutions are those that boost main skill chance and main skill level. This allows your Pokemon to utilize their strong main skills to their full potential.

Other good sub skills to have are the gold-colored ones such as Sleep EXP Bonus or Research EXP Bonus, but these aren't really necessary.

Best Natures: Main Skill Chance Up

Nature Increased Stat Decreased Stat
Gentle Main Skill chance Energy recovery
Careful Main Skill chance Ingredient finding
Sassy Main Skill chance EXP gains

As Skills Specialty Pokemon, the best Natures for all Eeveelutions are those that increase main skill chance. However, the Calm Nature isn't recommended because it reduces a Pokemon's speed of help, making it a less effective helper Pokemon.

All Eeveelutions can be found in various research islands, all at high Snorlax Ratings. These Pokemon are rare, but if you want to register their Sleep Styles to your Sleep Style Dex, you will have to find them after your sleep sessions. Evolving Eevee is not enough to add them to your Area Dex or Sleep Style Dex.

Although you can catch these Pokemon in the wild, it's easier to obtain Eevee's evolutions by evolving Eevee, since Eevee is a much more common Pokemon.

Eeveelutions also perform better when evolved. Evolving a Pokemon increases the level of their Main Skill by 1, which is very valuable to these Skills Specialty Pokemon.

With the skills type having been updated so they can stockpile a charge, I think Vaporeon is strong at gaining ingredients. You can get over 48 ingredients in one check-in with Vaporeon alone (Max Level Skill). The only other ingredient magnet user that can stock the skill up is Heracross.
