Some Pokemon Sleep users who still have Beta Data have received the Error Code 010100 when using their Pokemon Sleep app. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to fix this error code and its possible causes in Pokemon Sleep.

This errror code has appeared for some players trying to use Pokemon Sleep. This error message may display after downloading the update needed to run the Pokemon Sleep app.
Players who receive this message may find themselves stuck in a loop between this error message and the title screen, unable to use any of the app's features. Closing and opening the app may not make this error message go away.
Pokemon Sleep advises those who receive this message to delete their Pokemon Sleep app, and then reinstall it afterwards.

| 1. Tap and hold the Pokemon Sleep app on your home screen. 2. Drag the app to the Uninstall option. 3. Press OK. 4. Download Pokemon Sleep again from Google Play. |
Uninstall your Pokemon Sleep app by tapping and holding on to it on your home screen, then dragging it to the Uninstall option at the top of your screen. Press OK to uninstall the app.
You can also uninstall apps through your list of apps in both the Settings menu and Google Play.
You can then download Pokemon Sleep again through the Google Play store.

Tap and hold the Pokemon Sleep app icon. A few options should pop up on top of the app icon. Select Remove App, then select Delete App from the message box that pops up.
You can download Pokemon Sleep again from the App Store.
While Pokemon Sleep has not revealed the causes of this error message, it's possible that this error code may appear if you participated in the open beta test and have not yet uninstalled the beta version of Pokemon Sleep.
You cannot use the beta version of the app after the beta testing period has concluded. To use the public version of Pokemon Sleep, you first need to delete the beta version. You may need to wait a while before you can download the public version, so it's best to delete the beta version as soon as possible.
