You will be able to encounter Slumbering Pokemon if you make nearly no movements or noises during your sleep, which means that you slept very soundly throughout the night.
How to Do the Slumbering Sleep Type Pattern
Water, Ice, Steel, and Ground-type Pokemon, and those classified as baby Pokemon may appear more frequently if you had a Slumbering Sleep Style when you last slept. If you want to encounter these Pokemon, aim to get a Slumbering sleep.

All Slumbering Sleep Style Dex Entries
Pokemon that are classified with a Slumbering Type are active during the day, either in the morning or in the afternoon.
Slumbering Pokemon are also said to sleep very soundly at night. They make less to no noise compared to other Pokemon and usually do not move around while asleep.
