Pokemon Sleep can be maximized by planning and following a daily routine. Find out how you can work Pokemon Sleep into your schedule by taking a look at our easy-to-follow daily routine here!

Preparation Phase

90 Minute Sleep Session (First Session) Review Phase
1. Ensure Snorlax Has Great Strength
2. Missions Board and Sleep Pass Check
3. Take Your Main Team to Bed

This phase, though it may seem optional at first, is actually a vital part of integrating Pokemon Sleep into your day. It starts the night before you get started on your daily routine.

Ensure Snorlax Has Great Strength

Pokemon Sleep - Daily Routine Guide and Tips - New Pokemon

Making sure that your Snorlax has as much Strength as possible will increase his rank, leading to an increased Drowsy Power at the end of every Sleep Session. An increased Drowsy Power will lead to more Pokemon!

If you want to encounter the most Pokemon after a single Session, feeding Snorlax their breakfast, lunch, and dinner will ensure that they have the Strength to do so! Additionally, your helpers will find Berries to feed Snorlax to increase their Strength further.

Reach 2nd Sleep Style Dex Goal for Recipes

When cooking Meals, you can either use the Auto-Cook function to throw 15 random Ingredients into the pot for a random Meal, or use a Recipe of a meal you have previously made, which you'll unlock after registering 12 Sleep Styles, the second Sleep Style Dex Goal!

Additionally, you can create new Recipes by manually adding different Ingredients into the pot! Don't be afraid to experiment with different Ingredients whenever you get the chance.

Collect Rewards from Your Missions Board and Sleep Pass

Pokemon Sleep - Daily Routine Guide and Tips - Check Your Missions Board and Sleep Pass

Checking your Missions Board and Sleep Pass regularly is a good habit to develop as they will provide you with various rewards such as Biscuits and Incense. These consumables are game changers when it comes to maintaining your Pokemon and recruiting new ones!

To find out how to complete a Mission Objective, you can view a hint for it in the Missions Board. The Sleep Pass offers items through exchanging Sleep Points that you get every day.

Take Your Main Team to Bed

Before going to bed, be sure to take your Main Team of helpers to bed with you. Your Main Team will always cover the latter half of your day, so they are bound to be exhausted at this point!

Check and Feed New Pokemon After Your Sleep Session

Pokemon Sleep - Daily Routine Guide and Tips - Biscuits

As soon as you wake up from your Regular Sleep Session and review your Sleep Data, you should check for any new Pokemon you've encountered during your sleep. The number of Pokemon you get will depend on your Drowsy Power.

For any reappearing Pokemon, give them your regular Poke Biscuits, while any new, rare, Shiny, or evolved Pokemon get Bonus, Great, and Master Biscuits to give them Friendship points. Maxed out Friendship results in a new helper!

Watch Out for Hungry Pokemon

Occasionally, you will encounter Pokemon that are Hungry. Feeding these Pokemon will result in more Friendship points than usual! In order to increase your chances of encountering a Hungry Pokemon, you can use an Incense.

Breakfast with Snorlax

Pokemon Sleep - Morning Guide and Tips - Snorlax Breakfast Time

From 4AM to 12PM, Snorlax will be craving for breakfast. Tap your Snorlax to get cooking, and either use Auto-Cook to throw 15 random Ingredients into the pot or use Recipes of Meals you've cooked previously.

You can also choose to create new dishes manually. Don't be afraid to experiment with those Ingredients!

Pay Attention to Snorlax's Favorite Meals

Each Snorlax you raise every week will have varying favorite Meals. Cooking these Meals and serving it to them will result in more Strength, subsequently resulting in more Drowsy Power at the end of Sleep Sessions, netting you even more Pokemon!

Berry and Ingredient Collection (First Round)

Pokemon Sleep - Morning Guide and Tips - Berry Collection

Collect your first set of Berries and Ingredients of the day from your Main Team of helper Pokemon.

Feed the Berries to Snorlax for additional Strength, and store your Ingredients for future Meals. Should your helpers come across any of their respective Candies, be sure to collect those, too!

Team Swapping and Management

Pokemon Sleep - Daily Routine Guide and Tips - Second Round - Team Swap and Management

Swap to one of your Alternate Teams to help you out in the morning and take them to bed later on your First Sleep Session. This should also keep your Main Team rested and ready for the afternoon and nighttime activities.

Find out what your priorities are, may they be the collection of Ingedients or Berries, or triggering Skills, and make your adjustments accordingly.

First Sleep Session (90 Minutes)

Around this time, you should prepare to track your First Sleep Session of the day. Pokemon Sleep allows for the recording of Two Sleep Sessions per day, and doing this first one will ensure the maximum amount of Pokemon in a single day!

You use two teams, an alternate and a main team. At dinner you should finalize your teams before going to sleep for your regular session
