The Sleep Style Discovery Week event increases the chance of finding unregistered sleep styles in Pokemon Sleep. Read on for more information about this sleep style event, including the event dates, bonuses, bundles, and tips on what to do during this event.

A little over a year after the first Sleep Style Discover Week event, this event is being held again this October

Increased Chance to Find Undiscovered Sleep Styles

The main purpose of this event is to help players find sleep styles that they haven't discovered before. Pokemon that appear during sleep research will be more likely to be sleeping in styles that are not yet in your Sleep Style Dex.
Since Pokemon of various sleep types are able to appear during sleep research for this event, it should help you be able to fill your Sleep Style Dex and reach your next goal.

All dishes made during this event week have a 1.25x Strength boost. Extra Tasty dishes, which are normally around double (2x) the expected dish Strength, instead have 2.5x the original dish Strength during this event.
On Sunday, September 29, this Extra Tasty bonus goes up to 3.75x. Combined with the doubled pot capacity and increased Extra Tasty chance on Sundays, you can make an exceptionally strong dish that may allow you to jump through multiple Snorlax Ratings all at once, which should help you find rarer sleep styles.

The Mini Candy Boost function allows you to get double EXP gains from Candy when leveling up your Pokemon while using only 4 times more Dream Shards (compared to the regular Candy Boost's 6), but you can only use up to 50 Candies per day.
Take note that this feature is automatically turned on during the event. However, you can manually toggle it off on the level up screen. Also take note that Candy Boost is affected by EXP Natures.

Sleep Style Discovery Week Tips
Choose an Island with a Lower Percent
When looking at the different islands to choose from, you'll notice that there's a percent noted at the top of each island. This is the percent of sleep styles you've discovered in that area.
If you want to make the most of this event week, make sure to choose an island that still has a significant amount of sleep styles missing. However, you may not want to choose one that's below 50% (unless all islands are below this rate), since you can probably get a good chunk of the undiscovered sleep styles event without the event bonuses.
One Sleep Session for Rare Sleep Styles
If you have a good collection of sleep styles registered in you Sleep Style Dex and are only looking for the rarer sleep styles found in Master Snorlax Ratings, then it's recommended to only do one sleep session per day during the event.
This allows you to maximize your sleep score, which should increase your chances of finding rare sleep styles.
Two Sleep Sessions for More Sleep Styles
If you've only recently started playing Pokemon Sleep and don't have a lot of sleep styles registered yet, it's recommended to do two sleep sessions per day to quickly fill up your Sleep Style Dex. This is only recommended if you're still missing a lot of the common sleep styles found in lower Snorlax Ratings.
