All Weekly Missions and Rewards
You can get 5 Diamonds by following your target bedtime for three days and 20 Diamonds by following your bedtime for six days!
In order to follow your bedtime, start a sleep session between 90 minutes before and 30 minutes after the specific bedtime you have set.
Best Bed Times and Bedtime Rewards
You can also get Diamonds if you obtain several achivements in Pokemon Sleep, which you can get by simple playing and tracking your sleep while discovering Sleep Styles of various Pokemon.
Some achievements have several levels with separate rewards, which allows you to get multiple Diamonds per achievement!
Reaching Sleep Style Dex Goals will also net you some Diamonds, which you can do by discovering new Sleep Styles each time you finish a sleep session.
All Sleep Style Dex Goals, Unlocks, and Rewards

General Store Purchase Guide: Best Items to Buy
The best way to spend Diamonds you either saved up or bought with real money is purchasing Bundles in the General Store.
You'll be able to get several Biscuits and other items if you purchase bundles, instead of buying them piece by piece.
You can also use Diamonds to expand your ingredient and item inventories, as well as your Pokemon Box, in the General Store.
This way, you'll be able to store more ingredients and items as you play and befriend and recruit more Pokemon!
