Pokemon Sleep - Expand Cooking Pot

The biggest feature of the Packed Portions Cooking Week event is the expanded cooking pot for the duration of the whole week. This allows you to more easily make recipes requiring a large amount of ingredients.

The cooking pot will be able to hold 2 times more ingredients for this event, from Monday to Saturday. Then, on Sunday, your cooking pot will be 4 times larger.

All Max Level Caps and Upgrade Limits

Pokemon Recover 5 Additional Energy From Dishes

Pokemon Sleep - Eating with Snorlax

All Pokemon who eat a dish will recieve 5 additional Energy from it. This means that the maximum amount of Energy a Pokemon can get from a meal is 10.

Pokemon get more Energy from eating dishes the more tired they are. Exhausted Pokemon normally gain 5 Energy, while Pokemon with full Energy get 1. During this event, Pokemon will be able to receive 6-10 Energy for each meal, which should help your Pokemon remain productive.

List of All Research Areas

Lapis Lakeside for Spiritomb

Pokemon Sleep - Lapis Lakeside Snorlax

If you only want to befriend the brand new Pokemon, it is recommended to go to Lapis Lakeside. This has fewer featured Pokemon compared to the Greengrass Isles, so you have a better chance of encountering Spiritomb.

Lapis Lakeside Area Dex and How to Unlock

Greengrass Isle for Most Variety

Pokemon Sleep - Greengrass Isle Snorlax

If you haven't unlocked Lapis Lakeside, don't have strong enough Pokemon, or just want to encounter as many featured Pokemon as possible, you can go to Greengrass Isle. This is the most accessible island regardless of your game progress, and it has the largest number of featured Pokemon, including the newly added Spiritomb.

Greengrass Isle Map and Area Dex

Go to Expert Mode for a Challenge

If you have a strong enough team, a lot of Pokemon Sleep experience, and are interested in more of a challenge, you can go to the Greengrass Isle (Expert) area. This has a good amount of Pokemon variety and also includes Spiritomb.

Take note that the recommended Team RP for this area is 23,000, and Expert Mode will only be unlocked once you've reached Master 18 on Greengrass Isle at least once before.
