Pokemon Sleep - Spring Festival 2025

The Spring Festival 2025 event will be held from May 5 to May 12 in Pokemon Sleep! Salads are the featured dish type for this week, with two new recipes being added. Read on for a list of event bonuses and featured Pokemon, as well as tips that can help you during this event.

Spring Festival 2025 will be held for one week, from May 5, 2025 to May 12, 2025! Salads are at the forefront of this event, with two new salad recipes being added, and the Strength provided by dishes cooked for Snorlax will be multiplied by at least 1.5x.

Pokemon that pick up the Fancy Egg or Pure Oil ingredients—both used in several salad recipes, including the brand new ones—will also appear more frequently during sleep research.

New Pokemon: Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey

New Pokemon Chansey, Happiny. and Blissey

On May 5 at 3 PM local time, Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey will be available in Pokemon Sleep!

Since Chansey and Blissey are well-known for carrying eggs, these Pokemon are highly likely to be Ingredients Specialty Pokemon that can obtain the Fancy Egg as an ingredient. Since they are also well-known healers, they are likely to have a healing Main Skill such as Energy for Everyone S.

Spring Festival 2025 Event Bonuses and New Recipes

Boosted Strength for Dishes

All dishes made during this event week will have a 1.5x Strength boost. Extra Tasty dishes, which are normally double (2x) the expected dish Strength, will instead have triple (3x) the original dish Strength during this event.

On Sunday, May 11, which is the last day of the Spring Festival 2025 event, this Extra Tasty bonus goes up to 4.5x. Combined with the doubled pot capacity on Sundays, you can make an exceptionally strong dish that may allow you to jump through multpile Snorlax Ratings all at once.

How to Get an Extra Tasty Dish

Pokemon Sleep - Extra Tasty Jigglypuff

Every dish has a random chance of being Extra Tasty. On Sundays, there is an additional 10% chance of getting an Extra Tasty dish.

You can also improve your chances of cooking an Extra Tasty dish by using a Pokemon with the Tasty Chance S skill. Adding more ingredients than the recipe calls for is also believed to help.

Regardless of which research area you choose for the week, your Snorlax will have Salads as their cooking request. All of the event bonuses should also apply to all research area islands.

However, the featured Pokemon for this event will only appear in their designated research areas.

New Salad Recipes
Petal Blizzard Layered Salad“Petal Blizzard” Layered Salad Apple Acid Yogurt-Dressed Salad“Apple Acid” Yogurt-Dressed Salad

Two new salad recipes have been added on May 1, prior to the start of the event. These salads are “Petal Blizzard” Layered Salad and “Apple Acid” Yogurt-Dressed Salad.

Both recipes require a good amount of Fancy Eggs and a large pot capacity. If you're having trouble making these recipes throughout the week due to their ingredient requirements, you may want to save up your ingredients and wait until Sunday for the end-of-the-week bonus.

Different Sleep Types During Sleep Research

Pokemon Sleep - Balanced Sleep Type

During the Spring Festival 2025 event, Pokemon of all sleep types will be available during sleep research after sleep sessions, as if you have a Balanced Sleep Type for every sleep session. This means that you don't have to aim for a particular Sleep Type if you're hoping for one of the featured Pokemon to appear.

In line with the cooking theme for this event, the rewards for these missions are expected to include Ingredient Ticket M and Ingredient Ticket S, similar to the rewards for the Valentine's Day 2025 event.

Incense and Candy for the new Pokemon are also expected to be given as rewards.

The new Pokemon, Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey, will have the greatest appearance rate during this event week. They can be found on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Snowdrop Tundra.
