Tickets are used to get various items, move to another island site, or help you in your sleep research in Pokemon Sleep. Read on for a list of all tickets in the game and how to get them!

Pokemon Sleep - Ingredient Ticket S Ingredient Ticket S A great ticket you can exchange for 10 cooking ingredients.
Pokemon Sleep - Ingredient Ticket M Ingredient Ticket M A great ticket you can exchange for 30 cooking ingredients.
Ingredient Ticket L A great ticket you can exchange for 100 cooking ingredients.
Pokemon Sleep - E-Zzz Travel Ticket E-Zzz Travel Ticket A special ticket that lets you move to another site at any time. (You can only move to areas you have already unlocked.)
Pokemon Sleep - Good Camp Ticket Good Camp Ticket Lets you borrow a Good Camp Set for seven days to aid your research and help you raise Snorlax.

Pokemon Sleep - Tickets in Shop

You can buy various Tickets in the Regular Exchange using Sleep Points. You can also get these items in the General Store and buy them using Diamonds.

How to Use Tickets

Use to Get Items

You can use some Tickets to get a couple of items. For example, the Ingredient Tickets will nab you some ingredients after using it.

Use to Help Improve Research

Tickets are also used to improve certain parts of your ongoing sleep research in the game. You can use these items to move to another site and meet another Snorlax, or get some help to raise your current Snorlax.
