How to Join or Create a Hive

Hives in Once Human are player groups that can be created in the Get United tab in the Main Menu. See how to join or create a Hive, and what Hives are in this guide!

How to Join a Hive

Click on the Hive Button in Get United

To join a hive, open the Main Menu and hover over the Get United tab. This will bring up a list of options, among which the Hive button will appear. Click on this button to find the Hive interface.

Click the Find Hive Option

You can choose to join an existing Hive. To do so, select the Find Hive button.

Look For a Hive to Join

The Find Hive button will bring up a list of created Hives that you can scroll through. There is also a search bar at the bottom of the list to help you find a specific Hive to join.

Once you've found the Hive you want to join, you can send an application by clicking the Apply button next to the Hive's name. Note that you can only apply to 5 Hives at a given moment.

How to Create a Hive

Alternatively, you can choose to click on Create Hive. This will take you to the Hive Creation Screen, where you can name your Hive, as well as invite friends that you want to make a Hive with.

Create Your Hive

Once you've finalized the details of your Hive, you can click on the Create button to finish making your Hive.

Gather Players to Join Your Hive

After creating your hive, you can click on the Recruit Member button in the Hive management screen to bring up options that will allow people to find and join your Hive.

You can display your Hive to people passing your Territory, or send a message to the in-game Hive Channel to recruit members there.

Alternatively, you can send your Hive's name directly to friends that you want to invite, so they can use the search bar in the Join Hive menu to find and apply to your Hive.

Hives in Once Human are a group of players that can work together to progress through the game. Currently, a Hive can hold up to 8 players as its maximum.

They receive different kinds of buffs that can affect their combat and building, can build together in a single territory, and can take down bosses together as a unit.
