The Lunatic Medley event is a limited-time event in Once Human where players collect Lunar Whispers by defeating Deviants and gathering materials during the Lunar Revelry to unlock exclusive rewards. Learn how the event works, how to collect Lunar Whispers, and what rewards await you!

What is the Lunatic Medley Event?
Gather Lunar Whispers to Win Rewards
The Lunatic Medley event opens with the start of the Lunar Revelry Visional Wheel. Similar to the Crimson Moon Event from season 0, the Blood Moon has set Nalcott into a frenzy once again. Collect Lunar Whispers by defeating enemies, stronghold exploration, and gathering during the Blood Moon to earn exclusive rewards.
You can also exchange your Lunar Whispers to claim rewards from past Visional Wheels in the Shop.

Activities must be done under the Lunacy Status to obtain Lunar Whispers
Defeat Deviants
Defeating Deviants is one of the primary ways to collect Lunar Whispers during the Lunatic Medley Event. During Lunar Revelry, between 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in-game, defeat Lunarspawns and other elite enemies to earn Lunar Whispers.
Gather in the Wilderness
Gathering resources when the Blood Moon is out can occasionally drop Lunar Whispers as well. However, this method will take longer than going out and defeating enemies.

Accumulation Rewards
Redeem rewards from the Lunar Medley events as you gather more Lunar Whisper. Once you reach a milestone you can claim rewards like consumables, cosmetics, food, and other items that become available as you reach higher stages, similar to a battlepass.
Remember that there is a weekly cap of 2,500 activity points for this event. Lunar Whispers earned that exceeds this amount will be carried over the next week up to 4 times.
Exchange Lunar Whispers for Old Visional Wheel Rewards
If you have excess Lunar Whispers, you can purchase items from the Old Visional Wheel in the in-game shop. If you've missed out on a reward in the past, this is your chance to get it.
