In Manibus, Once Human's PVE Scenario, cooperation is the star of the show. The scenario focuses on teaming up with others to tackle the deviant threats, rather than engaging in PvP or competition.
In Manibus (Novice), you can focus entirely on the PVE experience without worrying about being ambushed by other players. The scenario is designed to emphasize cooperation and strategy, allowing you to team up with others to tackle the deviant threats without the added pressure of player-versus-player combat.
Manibus (Novice) is one of the entry-level Scenarios in Once Human, perfect for newcomers or those dipping their toes into the game. With a more forgiving difficulty, it gives you a chance to learn the ropes, sharpen your skills, and get comfortable with the game before tackling tougher challenges and more challenging Scenarios.
Prime War is a public PVE event where players would have to prevent enemies from destroying the Staroid Resonator. Each Prime War would have a gigantic boss to fight, as well as smaller enemies.
To start a Prime War, players must go to the Prime War location and place the required amount of Staroid on the Resonator.

Compared to Manibus (Novice), this Scenario ramps up the difficulty with tougher challenges. Despite the increased difficulty, Manibus still features Prime War and maintains a focus on PVE—there is no mandatory PVP.
In Hard mode, Pollution Zones are bigger and nastier, with increased Contamination levels. Your Energy and Hydration will drain twice as fast, and the perks of staying topped up will wear off quicker.
In Hard mode, enemies come with boosted stats, sharper awareness, faster movement, and more frequent attacks. In the Territory Purification mode, expect a rotating cast of tougher Deviants attacking your territory, cranking up the challenge to keep you on your toes.
Certain Deviations can gain special abilities and even change color when acquired.
