The Way of Winter has arrived, introducing a new repair mechanic for armor. In the harsh environments of northern Nalcott, it’s more crucial than ever to ensure you’re fully equipped to withstand the extreme temperatures.
Now, you’ll need leftovers to repair your armor. Here’s how to obtain leftovers for armor repairs.
Before you can get Leftovers, you must first unlock the Leatherworking Memetic under the Crafting tree first. This allows you to craft Rawhide, which is the required material for Leftovers.
Bring the hides you obtained from hunting animals to your Supplies Workbench to process them into Rawhides. You can choose which type of animal hide you want to turn into Rawhide.
You can then move your cursor on the other side of the list to process the Rawhides you made into Leftovers!
If you've been raiding Strongholds and areas with Armor Crates, you probably already amassed a lot of armor pieces that you wouldn't use. These armor can be brought to the Disassembly Bench for disassembling to get a good amount of Leftovers.
Leftovers are mainly used to repair damaged armor. Repairs for both weapons and armor is done on the Gear Workbench.
