The best spot to farm seals is in Mouseville Urban, Onyx Tundra, where you’ll find seals flopping about in the tundra. Plus, it's conveniently located near a Teleportation Tower (Tidal Bore, coordinates 6220, 5334), giving you quick access whenever you need to hunt for those valuable seal skins.

You can also find seals near Tobacco Resort in Island Smoke, where they’re basking on sheets of ice. Just keep in mind that this location doesn’t have the convenience of a Teleportation Tower, so be prepared for a bit of travel if you want to hunt seals in there!
