Securement Silo Sigma can be found in Broken Delta region with Gaia Cliff Monolith being the closest teleportation tower and Eastern Railway Junction as the closest settlement.
Make sure you're also at the appropriate level before taking on the dungeon to avoid dying easily.

1. Defeat the Rosetta Enemies
Upon entering the silo, follow the hallway all the way to the end until you reach a room with a large device in the middle.
Defeat all the Rosetta soldiers in this room.
2. Loot the Access Card From Rosetta Mechanic
Enter the next room up ahead and defeat the Rosetta Mechanic.
Then, approach their body and pick up the Rosetta V3 Access Card. We'll need this card to access the secret room or the seepage zone later.
3. Loot the Weapon Crate
Keep moving forward, ignoring the vent on your left. Follow the hallway until you reach two rooms. Loot the weapon crate and storage crate inside.
4. Go Through the Vent
Go back to the hallway and retrace your steps until you reach the vent we ignored before. Crouch to enter it and follow its winding passageway until your reach a ladder.
Climb it and exit the vent to a large room.
5. Clear the Large Room
Defeat the soldiers in the room, then go up the stairs by the eastern wall.
You can also try your luck at the secret room by opening the red door nearby using the Access Card you got from the Rosetta Mechanic.
6. Defeat Captain Dave II - S2401
Continue to the top of the stairs and follow the hallway until you reach its end where you need to fight Captain Dave II - S2401.
Focus on taking him down as his soldiers will also die once he's down.

1. Use the Access Card to Open the Red Door
Before going up the stairs to fight Captain Dave, head for the red door nearby and open it using the Access Card you got from the Rosetta Mechanic earlier.
2. Enter the Seepage Zone
Press on until you see the hazy portal to the Seepage Zone. Enter it and continue down the hallway until you reach the door on the other side.
3. Interact with Wish Machine
Go through the door and interact with the Wish Machine inside to start charging it.
Brace yourself for the hordes of enemies that's to come.
4. Defeat the Hordes of Enemies While the Wish Machine is Charging
Stay near the Wish Machine while you fight off the enemies.
When the designated area gets too crowded, you can move outside of it to drive away the enemies then return when you've decreased their numbers.
You can monitor your progress in the top left of the screen.
5. Defeat the Claw Machine
Upon reaching 90 charges, the Claw Machine will spawn. Defeat it to continue charging the Wish Machine.
6. Grab Your Loot
Once the Wish Machine reaches 100 charges, the hordes of enemies will stop coming and you'll be able to grab your rewards.
If you're lucky (and in a PvP server), you might even get a Mr. Wish deviant!
