New Starchrom System

Once Human - Stellar Stairway Guide

New Starchrom System
The new Stellar Stairway system for acquiring Starchroms operates independently of scenarios, so you don't have to play specific scenarios to maximize your gains. Simply play Once Human as you wish and easily earn Starchroms along the way!
Stellar Stairway Launch Rewards
1. One-Time Launch Reward: The update will go live on December 19, after which all players will be deemed to have completed Phases 1 and 2 and can claim all 36,000 Starchrom for those phases. Players can then start collecting Asterisms for Phase 3. Just log in before December 31 to claim this reward!

2. Login Rewards: Starting December 19, players will receive 3,000 Starchroms per day via in-game mail for seven consecutive days, totaling 21,000 Starchroms. Just log in before January 31 to claim them!

Stellar Stairway Guide

# Stellar Stairway Guide
1 Stellar Stairway resets on the 1st day of each month. Players can obtain up to 66,000 Starchroms per month, not including Starchroms obtained through events, mail, and other means.

Most former methods of obtaining Starchroms in scenarios now grant Asterisms instead. You can also earn Asterisms by defeating enemies, gathering, crafting, and completing Eternaland orders. Asterisms are used to unlock Stellar Stairway progress and earn Starchrom rewards.
2 Each month is divided into four phases.
・Phase 1 (1st to 7th)
・Phase 2 (8th to 14th)
・Phase 3 (15th to 21st), and Phase 4 (22nd to the end of the month). Phases 1 to 3 each include 20 standard rewards (totaling 12,000 Starchroms) and one phase reward (6,000 Starchroms).
・Phase 4 features a single monthly reward (12,000 Starchroms) that does not require Asterisms to unlock. Instead, it is unlocked by collecting all Starchroms from Phases 1 to 3.
3 Phases remain locked until their corresponding date is reached. For example, if it is January 5, Phases 2 to 4 remain locked. If you have completed all progress and collected the maximum number of Asterisms for the current phase, you cannot earn more Asterisms until the next phase unlocks.

At the end of each month, all Stellar Stairway progress will be reset, and you will start again from 0 Starchroms. If you have any unlocked but unclaimed Starchroms from the previous month, you can claim them from the Past Rewards screen.

Changes to Starchrom Acquisition

Changes to Starchrom Acquisition
After the update, all unclaimed Starchroms from various game modes will be changed to Asterisms. Please claim them as soon as you can.
1. All Starchrom rewards from the following modes will be changed to Asterisms: Season Goals, Territory Purification, the Stellar Planula Shop and Season Shop, Journeys, The Prime War first-clear rewards, Prismverse's Clash faction loot crates, Chaosweaver progress rewards, and Thermal Towers.

2. Stronghold Conquest and Warband Rankings: Warband rankings no longer provide Starchrom rewards. Instead, Asterisms can now be earned from Stronghold Conquests. Warband members who do not participate in a specific Stronghold Conquest will still receive a part of its Asterism rewards.

Weapon Balance Adjustments

The developers have revised some previously announced weapon balance adjustments based on player feedback and internal testing, as follows:

Memento ・45% chance to trigger Fast Gunner on hit; chance increases to 80% on Weakspot hits.
・When Fast Gunner is triggered, automatically reload 1 bullet.
・Each shot has a 60% chance to consume 1 extra bullet.
・When consuming extra bullets, Attack +60%.
・45% chance to trigger Fast Gunner on hit; chance increases to 80% on Weakspot hits.
・When Fast Gunner is triggered, automatically reload 1 bullet.
・Each shot has a 50% chance to consume 1 extra bullet.
・When consuming extra bullets, Attack +80%.
Kumawink ・25% chance to trigger AoE Bounce on hit, bouncing to up to 3 targets.
・Bounce hits always trigger a rebound, dealing 100% Bounce DMG; after rebounding, it doesn't continue to bounce.
・When magazine capacity is below 50%, Bounce triggers +1.
・Bounce DMG +30%.
・25% chance to trigger AoE Bounce on hit, bouncing to up to 3 targets.
・Bounce hits always trigger a rebound, dealing 100% Bounce DMG; after rebounding, it doesn't continue to bounce.
・After reloading, Bounces +1 for 6s. Effect is removed after switching weapons.
・Bounce DMG +30%.
Little Jaws ・Unstable Bomber is guaranteed to trigger on hit; cooldown: 0.9s.
・Unstable Bomber delay +0.2s.
・Each hit on an enemy with an Unstable Bomber increases that Unstable Bomber's final damage by 20%.
・For every 0.1s increase in Unstable Bomber delay, Unstable Bomber DMG +20%.
・Unstable Bomber is guaranteed to trigger on hit; cooldown: 0.9s. Unstable Bomber deals 40% less damage to you.
・Unstable Bomber delay +0.2s.
・Each hit on an enemy with an Unstable Bomber increases that Unstable Bomber's final damage by 20%.
・For every 0.1s increase in Unstable Bomber delay, Unstable Bomber DMG +10%.
Abyss Glance ・Triggers Frost Vortex after 15 hits.
・Hitting a Weakspot counts as 2 hits.
・The closer to the Frost Vortex center, the higher the Frost Vortex DMG, up to +200%.
・Frost DMG +30%.
・Triggers Frost Vortex after 14 hits.
・Hitting a Weakspot counts as 2 hits.
・The closer to the Frost Vortex center, the higher the Frost Vortex DMG, up to +250%.
・Frost DMG +30%.
Brahminy ・60% chance to trigger Bounce on hit.
・Bounces +2; deals 50% Bounce DMG to players.
・Hitting the environment can also trigger Bounce; damage decreases by 30% (95% against players).
・Bounce Weakspot Priority +50%.
・60% chance to trigger Bounce on hit. Deal 35% Bounce DMG to players.
・Bounces +2.
・Hitting the environment can also trigger Bounce; damage decreases by 30% (95% against players).
・Bounce Weakspot Priority +100%.
Gulped Lore ・30% chance to trigger Unstable Bomber on hit; chance increases to 90% on Weakspot hits.
・With each enemy defeated, Unstable Bomber DMG +20% for 30s, stacking up to 5 times. Effect is removed after switching weapons.
・Unstable Bomber always lands a Crit Hit; every 1% Weakspot DMG increases Unstable Bomber Crit DMG by 1%.
・30% chance to trigger Unstable Bomber on hit; chance increases to 90% on Weakspot hits.
・With each enemy defeated, Unstable Bomber range -10% and DMG +20% for 30s, stacking up to 5 times.
・Unstable Bomber always lands a Crit Hit; every 1% Weakspot DMG increases Unstable Bomber Crit DMG by 1%.
Squidward ・70% chance to trigger Bounce on Crit Hits.
・Each time Bounce is triggered, Weapon DMG +2%, stacking up to 25 times; 1 stack is lost every 5s.
・After continuous shooting for 2s, Bounce targets +1.
・70% chance to trigger Bounce on Crit Hits.
・Upon dealing Bounce DMG, Weapon DMG +1%, stacking up to 50 times. 1 stack is lost every 5s.
・After continuous shooting for 2s, Bounce targets +1.
Blue Tiger (NEW) ・30% chance to trigger Bounce on hit.
・+60% Bounce DMG.
・25% chance to trigger Bounce on hit.
・+60% Bounce DMG.
Desert Dust Mask ・When Fast Gunner triggers, 65% chance to reload 1 bullet; reloaded bullets grant +20% Attack. ・When Fast Gunner triggers, 70% chance to reload 1 bullet; reloaded bullets grant +20% Attack.
Tattoo Pants ・Bounce can hit allies without causing damage and automatically reloads 1 bullet on hit. ・Bounce can hit allies without causing damage and has a 70% chance of automatically reloading 1 bullet on hit.
Bastille Set 1. When HP is above 70%, Weapon DMG +10%.
2. Max HP +12%.
3. After being out of combat for 10s, enter Bastille state, gaining a shield equal to 50% of max HP (cooldown: 40s).
4. If the shield breaks, exit Bastille state and gain 20% DMG Reduction and 20% Movement Speed for 1s.
1. When HP is above 70%, Weapon DMG +10%.
2. Reload Speed +20%.
3. Stay crouched and immobile for 0.5s to enter the Bastille state. While in the Bastille state, gain Weapon DMG +40%. After exiting the Bastille state, you cannot sprint and your Stamina consumption is increased by 100% for 3s.
4. 3s after exiting Bastille state, gain 1 stack of Armor per second, up to 60 stacks. While in Bastille state, each stack of Armor provides a Shield equal to 1% of max HP.
Precision Bounce ・After triggering Bounce 6 times, the next bullet's Bounce DMG +100%. ・After triggering Bounce 6 times, the next bullet's Bounce DMG +50%.
Heavy Explosives ・Unstable Bomber inflicts stagger with a 2.5s cooldown per target. ・Unstable Bomber inflicts stagger on enemies and deals 40% less damage to you.
Obliteration ・Frost Vortex Final DMG +20%; each additional enemy within the vortex adds +20%, up to +40%. ・Frost Vortex Final DMG +15%; each additional enemy within the vortex adds +15%, up to +45%.
Head Guard ・The lower your HP, the higher the Weakspot DMG Reduction, up to 70%. ・Weakspot DMG Reduction +15%; Weakspot DMG Reduction +15% further when HP is above 60%.
Bounce Rampage ・After landing a bounced shot, Bounce DMG +5% for 15s. Up to 5 stacks. ・After triggering a bounce, Bounce DMG +5% for 15s. Up to 5 stacks.
Shock Diffusion (NEW) ・When triggering Power Surge, apply the Power Surge status to 1 enemy within 5m of the target (prioritizes enemies that are not affected by Power Surge status). ・When triggering Power Surge, apply the Power Surge status to 1 enemy within 10m of the target (prioritizes enemies that are not affected by Power Surge status).

Blueprint Collection Level System

Once Human - New Blueprint Collection

Blueprint Collection Level System
As previously announced, after the update, you can unlock and upgrade blueprints to earn Collection EXP, increase your Collection Level, and obtain rewards. You will also receive Collection EXP on a pro-rata basis for gear blueprints you have already developed.
Custom Nicknames for Weapon Blueprints Rules
1. Renaming a weapon blueprint costs 1 Weapon Renaming Card: These cards can be earned by increasing your Collection Level.

2. After renaming a weapon blueprint, all crafted weapons of that type will adopt the new nickname: The nickname applies universally to the blueprint's weapons.

3. Weapon nicknames are visible to other players on certain screens: For example, the Defeat screen will display the nickname.

4. When a weapon changes users (e.g., when dropped upon defeat), its nickname will be removed: The new user will need to rename the weapon again if desired.
Prove Your Mastery with Weapon Nameplates
1. Each weapon blueprint has 3 unlockable Blueprint Emblem slots: These slots can be unlocked to enhance your weapon's attributes and display progress.

2. Each slot has a specific condition (e.g., Defeat a Meta): The condition must be achieved using the same weapon. Fulfillment is possible even if the corresponding Emblem has not been unlocked.

3. Unlocking a Blueprint Emblem slot costs 1 Emblem Unlock Item: These items can be earned by increasing your Collection Level.

4. Unlocked Blueprint Emblem slots upgrade as conditions are fulfilled: Currently, only Ancient Copper, Silver, and Gold Emblems are available.

How to Play
Purchase bounties with Crystgin or accept them through events. Fulfill the specified conditions to complete the bounty. The rewards are as follows:
Rewards
1. Bounty Trophy Interact with this territory collectible to view a memento of the completed bounty. Can be transferred between characters on the same account.
2. Custom Tag A trophy badge that can be equipped to your character's namecard at Namecard > Custom Tag.
3. Dawnbreak Star Complete bounties to earn progress for the corresponding star level. Collect Dawnbreak Stars to unlock milestone rewards.
4. Lightforge Relics Earn Lightforge Relics as part of your bounty rewards.
Additional Information
Meta's Bounty will show the percentage of characters in a region who complete a bounty. Embark on the path to glory now! During the Holiday Week and New Year's 2025 events, we will give away a free Meta's Bounty medal. After the December 19 update, discounted bounties will also be available for just 1 Crystgin. ・Reduced the scenario exit cooldown from 60 days to 30 days.
・Scenario Exit Cards are now regularly purchasable from the Shop for 100 Mitsuko's Marks each.
・The Scenario Exit Card made available for The Way of Winter has been taken down.
・All players will receive 100 Mitsuko's Marks via in-game mail after the December 19 update. You can then decide whether to use them to purchase a Scenario Exit Card.
Ranching
・Fixed the issue where ranched animals would sometimes stray too far from the territory and get lost.
・Lost animals can now be viewed and recalled on the list of animals.
Construction
・Optimized the Generator's fuel display. It now shows how long the Generator's fuel will last.
・Optimized the snapping rules of some 1/4 structures.
・Added range indicators for some facilities in Construction mode. You can enable or disable these indicators to your preference.
・Press L to open a screen to enable or disable the range indicators (same as the key to show or hide water and electrical lines).
・Planting Facilities: Added a range indicator for the Automatic Irrigation Facility.
・Cooling Facilities: Added range indicators for the Fridge and Cooling Fan.
・Heat Facilities: Added range indicators for the Furnace, Campfire, and Electric Heater.
・If a facility is not in operation, its range indicator will be red.

・Fixed the issue where the Grow Light's illumination range and effective range were inconsistent. The illumination range used to be rectangular, whereas the effective range was a square.
・Added a highlight effect to plants and facilities that receive the Grow Light's effect.
・Improved the snapping of the majority of structures when attaching to a structure of a different size.

・Bound items can now be deposited into the Meat Drier, Water Filter, Brewing Barrel, and Compost Bin.
・Spacetime can now detect and highlight animal corpses.
Mod Acquisition
・Added mod parts to Stardust Advent's Loot Crates, Keyword Suffix Mod Boxes, and Chaosweaver clear rewards.
・Added a 'Lifeforce Boost' mod that applies to all armor to the list of mod conversion targets.
Deviations
・Adjusted the levels of Deviations in the first-clear rewards for dungeons across various difficulties in Evolution's Call, Prismverse's Clash, and Manibus.
・Increased the average quality of Gazocchios in The Way of Winter.
・Increased the chance of obtaining Deviations from Workshop Defense.
・Added Logging Beaver to The Way of Winter. You can find them in Strongholds.
・Growshrooms can now use fertilizer. Give them fertilizer, and they will automatically use it when planting.
・Growshrooms can now automatically plant when the player is offline.
・Increased the success rate of low-level players when securing high-level Deviations.
・Added the ability to rename Deviations. You can now give Deviations a custom name at their Securement Units.
・Added a Deviation Storage Crate where you can store your Deviations.
・Added a guarantee for Morphed Deviations to drop in a dungeon after a certain number of attempts.
・Growshrooms now produce output when the player is offline.
Vehicles
・Camera
・Improved the sense of speed of the Motorcycle, Coupe, and Off-Roader.
・Fixed the issues with camera shake and motion sickness while turning as reported by players.
・Off-Road Performance
・Optimized the vehicle collision effects. Vehicles now shake less and are less likely to stop after a collision.
・Increased the reverse speed of vehicles. You can now quickly back out of trouble after a collision.
・Airborne Performance
・Player vehicles no longer nosedive when airborne, reducing the chance of flipping over. This allows players to change vehicles less often.
・Player vehicles no longer bounce after landing. Instead, they will quickly stabilize on the ground, reducing the likelihood of losing control.
・Road Performance
・Fixed the bumpiness on most roads in the Lone Wolf Wastes, preventing excessive vehicle shake.
・Removed trash bags and mud blocks from roads to reduce the frequency of collisions.
Dungeons
・Changed the Birth Point in the Secret Servitor dungeon, and added birth protection for players when they enter the dungeon.
Deviants
・Changed the Chaosweaver spawn mechanics. Chaosweavers will no longer repeatedly spawn at the same coordinates.
・Some boss skills now instantly kill Elite enemies.
・Weakened the Elite shield enemies in The Forsaken Giant on Pro difficulty. The shields can now be broken by throwing flower buds.
・Adjusted the Weakspot DMG multiplier for some enemies.
・Adjusted the explosion damage caused by some fire-type enemies upon death in The Way of Winter.
・Added an extreme weather layer to the map. Use this layer to check areas affected by extreme weather, including the weather type and temperature effects. Added Chaosweaver icons to the World Map and Mini Map after they spawn. A 3D guide will also be shown if you are within 200 meters of a Chaosweaver.
Chaosweaver
・Removed the Chaosweaver's immunity to Elemental DMG.
・The Chaosweaver's chest, left upper arm, and tail are protected by armor. Destroy these parts to turn them into Weakspots.
・Reduced the difficulty of destroying a Chaosweaver's parts.
・Adjusted some of the Chaosweaver's AI behaviors.
・Optimized the targeting of some of the Chaosweaver's skills.
Public Crisis Events
・Optimized the range of the 'Dig to Hell' Public Crisis Event.
・Added the new 'Battleship Blockade' Public Crisis Event to Ember Strand in The Way of Winter.
Interactions
・Added auto-refill functionality to the hotbar. Players can enable or disable this setting to their preference.
・Removed collisions with ziplines in the wilderness, reducing the likelihood of getting obstructed when riding a zipline.
Storage
・Added icon markers to some storage crates, making it easier to identify and manage them.
Social
・Teammates' current Worlds are now displayed if they are in a different World.
・Optimized the feature that lets you invite friends to join your team.
Other
・Movement Speed bonus is now displayed on the gear stats panel.
・Increased the maximum number of loadout presets from 10 to 20.
・Hidden gear is no longer shown on the dungeon settlement and Shop screens.
