Talk to Anne Sutherland in Dayton Wetlands
The Lost Lady side quest can be started by talking to Anne Sutherland in the southeast area of Dayton Wetlands. She can be found standing just beside the road.

Burn the Rotten Grapevines
After starting the side quest, follow the quest marker towards the orchard and burn the rotten grapevines. A quick animation will trigger allowing you to progress the quest.
Sutherland Family Crate Locations Guide
Find the Cellar
Follow the quest marker again towards the abandoned cellar. Be wary on your way to the cellar as the entrance is surrounded by multiple enemies.
Listen to the Sutherland Family's Secrets
Enter the cellar and go down the stairs to your left and listen to the Sutherland family's meeting. Feel free to explore the cellar for resources, and head back out when you're ready.
Investigate Anne Sutherland's Home
Head to Anne Sutherland's home and go up the second floor. Investigate the bookcase on the second floor and then the closet on the first floor. Return to Anne Sutherland and report your findings.
Give the Goods to Claire
Proceed to Deadsville and speak with Claire by the tent. Give Claire the necklace to receive your rewards and conclude the side quest.
