To boost Gazocchio's Deviant Power and Mood Regeneration, power its Securement Unit with 5W of Power, and have it in a location where it is exposed to a Red Light, and have Toys and Flowers nearby.
The Red Light can be built from the Furniture Menu once Basic Furniture II Node in the Building Memetics Skill Tree is unlocked. Planting flowers can be done as soon as the Planting Node in the Logistics Memetics Skill Tree is unlocked.
Power the Securement Unit by wiring it to a generator such as a Solar Panel. Lastly, toys can be crafted with the Formula: Plush Toy recipe from the Season Shop.
Gazocchio is a Territory Deviant who will defend your base when hostile creatures approach. This is useful for when you are in an environment with aggressive wild animals, or as you purify stardust.

Gazocchio also functions a bit like a Crafting Deviant as it provides you with the Gazocchio tool.
The Gazocchio Tool is a handheld light-emitting device that you can equip and aim at a Shadow Enemy to reveal their corporeal form. Doing so allows you to deal damage that you otherwise couldn't.
Equip the Gazocchio Tool and hold down left click with the light aimed at Shadow Enemies. Light will pulse a few times before the Shadow Enemy will be set aback, after which they will slowly revert into their normal form. Once weakened, you can attack them as you would any other enemy.
