Securement Silo Delta can be found in the southeast area of the Onyx Tundra region, just south of Moose City's teleportation tower. As such, Moose City is the closest settlement and is only a short ride away.

1. Press Forward, Avoiding the Flames

This Silo is set in a subway station that the Vultures have converted into their secret base. There are several flamethrowers that will block your way. Dodge-roll through the far end of the flames to pass safely.

Progress through the subway station and descend onto the dilapidated station platform where the first group of enemies can be found.

2. Defeat Two Waves of Vultures to Get the Base Key

After defeating the first wave of enemies, a Vulture Temple Guard will appear, along with a second wave of enemies. Keep a safe distance and take these enemies out to get the Base Key that will let you progress deeper into their headquarters.

3. Clear the Vultures in the Underground Club

Go through a few more halls of flames while avoiding the flamethrowers to reach what appears to be an underground club. There are more Vultures hiding in this area for you to defeat, but be wary of pillars of fire that will appear as you engage with them.

Once they are defeated, there's a chance for a Frog the Leaper Deviant or Voodoo Doll to appear by the bar for you to capture. Note that these are not a guaranteed catch.

4. Find the Anomaly Behind the Drumkit on Stage

Pass through another hallway where you'll arrive at what appears to be an underground concert pit. The game will signal you to find an anomaly in the area to get to the rift boss.

Make sure you're fully healed up before heading up on stage behind the drumset. Once in position, you'll be warped to the boss fight arena.

5. Defeat Party Kin Hearst

For the first quarter of Party Kin Hearst's health, he'll just be on the concert stage. Shoot at him to shred his HP. Once his HP falls to 75% he'll wave his weapon around before joining you in the arena.

Maintain a good distance from him out of his swing's reach. Occasionally, he will leap towards you with a swing. Time a dodge-roll away to maintain the distance and to evade the swing. Keep a rapid-fire gun trained at him and he should go down without major complications.

6. Capture Invincible Sun and Claim Your Rewards

After securing victory, you can collect your rewards, and you'll also find Invincible Sun nearby for you to capture. Be sure to get it before leaving the Silo's Dungeon.
