Play in a PvP Server

To start or join a Stronghold Conquest, players need to be on a PvP Server, as this is the only server type to have this mechanic. PvE Servers still have Warbands, but not the Stronghold Conquest mechanic.

Join a Warband

Being a part of a Warband is necessary to participate in the Stronghold Conquest, as it is a fight between two Warbands over control of an area.

How to Create and Join a Warband

Fight Over Frontiers for Resources

The Frontiers that are being fought over provide the occupying Warband with resources that others may seek to claim. Warbands will engage in Stronghold Conquest for ownership of these resource-rich areas.

Attack or Defend the Stronghold to Win

Players will have to either attack a location and destroy it, or defend their positions and hold back enemies. The PvP event ends when either the attackers succeed in their objective, or the defenders successfully hold out for the duration.

Coordinate With Your Warband

The Stronghold Conquest event is a team effort, so be sure to coordinate strategies and plans with your Warband to ensure better odds of success.

It is also recommended to ensure that you are properly geared up to fight other players before the event starts.
