You can find this weapon crate in the end of the spiral way. The crate is wrapped up in vines, but if you use fire weapons or a molotov cocktail you can burn the vines and you may access the crate then.

Located on the rocky plain on the top of the mountain. You will have to use your Spacetime to find the right rock to break with explosives to get to the crate.

Located in the facility of the rift in the Gaia Cliff Monolith. Entering the facility turn right and you will see a room labeled 'Office Room', enter the room and you will see the gear crate.
