The gear crate can be found in the locked area in the main facility in the east of Gaia Military Base with the mystical crate. You will need to get a Rosetta Access Card by defeating elite enemies.

This mystical crate can be found with the gear crate inside a locked room of the main facility in the east of the Gaia Military Base. You will have to get a Rosetta Access Card via eliminating elite enemies.

You can use a grenade to stun both the scientist and mechanic. Then you can easily take advantage and quickly eliminate the scientist.

You will have to eliminate the surrounding soldiers as they will be the main problem as you go into the buildings. This may cause problems as the Bruiser has an automatic shotgun.
