This crate can be found in a narrow catwalk between steel tanks in the southwest building.

The Mystical Crate can be found inside an underground facility. The entrance to this facility is blocked by a giant block of ice. Use a Molotov or your Torch to melt the ice away. Proceed down the stairs to get the crate.
