You can get the Fabled Masamune by crafting it at a Gear Workbench after buying its blueprint at the Wish Machine for 8,000 Starchrom.
There's a chance that you can find The Fabled Masamune's blueprint fragment inside any of the mystical crates at the major exploration areas in Nalcott.
Do note that it's not a guaranteed find and if you didn't find it in any of the mystical crates you opened this season, you'll just have to try again next season.

Calibrating your weapons will increase your weapon's DMG and cost materials and Energy Links. Reaching a calibration level of 4, 7, and 10 will unlock additional calibration attributes. This upgrade method only applies to your current weapon.
Enhancing the star rank of your blueprint will also increase a weapon's DMG once it's been crafted.Weapons crafted prior to the enhancement of their blueprints will not be affected with the stat increase. The higher the blueprint's rarity, the more you can enhance the blueprint.
