The weapon crate is located outside the bus terminal building. Go around the back and you will see the crate.

This weapon crate can be found inside the main hospital in a closed off room. You can get there by going to the crossway from the main hospital and the parking building and gliding your way to the balcony.

The gear crate can be found in a warehouse to the south of East Blackfell Junction. It will be on the platform on the end of the building.

The Mystical Crate can be found on the roof of the main hospital wing. It is next to the destroyed helipad in the corner of the roof.

Near the Train Tracks

This Rift Anchor is located near the train tracks and just north of the train station.

East Blackfell Junction Morphic Crate Location

Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.

On the patch of land

You can see the morphic crate northwest of East Blackfell Junction. It will be on the small patch of land on the river. You need to use your Spacetime to see it.
