Use a Teleportation Tower

Once Human - Teleportation Tower Appearance

Changing Worlds requires the player to find a Teleportation Tower. These are overworld structures that are visible on the map, so they are easy to track.

Once you've found a Teleportation Tower, interact with it and choose the option to Switch to another World. This will bring up a list of available worlds that you can move to.

Once Human - Settlement Teleporter
Teleportation Tower in a Settlement

Teleportation Towers are visible on the World Map, denoted by a radio tower icon. Players can right-click the Teleportation Tower's location on the map to track it with a path.

Settlements also usually have a Teleportation Tower in their area. You can click on a Settlement's icon in the Map to see a list of its facilities, and the Teleportation Tower will be displayed here if the settlement has one.
